Polite, on time, explained things well. Definitely recommend Spencer Mechanical. He came quickly , did a temporary fix while getting parts for fixing ac unit. And we didnâ t have to wait too long for more permanent fix.

Todd was responsive immediately. Went above and beyond to communicate with my property manager and tenant to get our system replaced and even offered accommodations to ensure my tenant was comfortable while the parts were being ordered for installed. Very glad we were connected. Very communicative and kept us informed every step. Would most certainly recommend and use again.

Todd is a great and high quality professional. I hired him to replace HVAC in May of 22. He was very good at communicating, detail oriented which helped me to give the job. He did everything on schedule and was prompt to get back to work on transition glitch from AC to Heat last Nov. I am happy to recommend him ! Thank you!

Very knowledgeable. Answered my questions. Came back to recheck duct work. His team did a good job crawling under house to do removal and installation.

Also installed new gas furnace. There was a defect with the original new a/c equipment. They switched it out for another new one on the same day. Great service!

I had a new air handler installed on my heat pump. The coil was bad in my old Carrier unit and their new coil was so expensive from carrier that I had a whole new Goodman air handler installed for just a little more,

Removed 30yr Trane heat pump and replaced with new Trane heat pump. Todd is very knowledgeable and courteous. Came back out to my home to advise and review my concerns. Stayed in touch and kept appointments during scheduling the install. Men working for him were very good and had to crawl under the house to remove old system and install new. Everything cleaned up after job. He will make follow up checks on the equipment. Great Business!
