SPENCER MECHANICAL IS THE ONLY ONE TO CALL FOR WATER HEATER ISSUES!!! Our 20+ year old heater took a dive and began to leak badly. After calling around, we were fortunate to get replacement pricing over the phone and Todd Spencer came in hundreds less, even scheduling on Saturday before Easter without an up charge! We are thrilled we could deal directly with the owner, Todd Spencer, a trustworthy and a genuinely caring business owner with decades of experience. He even answered some questions about our HVAC needs and will be coming again to help us with that as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED 5+++++!!!

We had an excellent experience. When our old water heater was taken out, water damage was discovered behind it. Todd Spencer helped us find someone to do the work to repair the damaged wall and since we had a week old infant, he hooked up the new water heater in the meantime even though it was more work for him.

I was putting my home on the real estate market and wanted a good one time cleaning. A three woman crew was sent! They worked very hard, were very pleasant, and professional. They were so good, I may use them at least monthly until I sell my home. I highly recommend Spencer Cleaning. The owner, Todd Spencer, is great to deal with and very customer oriented.

I was able to contact the company during reasonable work hours, make an appointment that fit into my schedule, and was even contacted to reschedule to allow a tech to make a personal weekend engagement (not a problem when the company is pro-people). time, said he was on the way, and arrived a few minutes early to assess the work required. He had all of the necessary equipment and parts available, and finished with great results 30 minutes before he was supposed to. Very professional and knowledgable team.

Todd showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very friendly and easy to talk to. He gave me several scenarios of what could be done to fix my unit. Work was completed in a timely manner and haven't had a issue since. Spencer Mechanical will be my AC guy from now on!
