Got multiple quotes. Mr Spencer installed a Trane unit for $5-6k less than another quote on less than a weeks’ notice. I’d recommend him to anyone.

He took the time to ensure that the work was what was needed for the home. He made certain to ensure that I was good with the work and looked out for not over-charging or getting me to pay for work or materials not needed. Karla had to work so I (Derrick) met with Todd, the owner. Todd had no problem finding what was wrong and went straight to it. Todd is the type person you could get along with even if he wasn't working on your HVAC. He was able to get the heat working in a short period of time, explained what was wrong, and discovered a potential problem that could lead to a costly repair. I do mechanical work, but not HVAC. I advised I could do the work that was needed to prevent the potential problem and he offered resources to accomplish the repair. Todd strikes me as a pretty good guy. We must have talked for 20 minutes after the job was accomplished. I recommend Spencer Mechanical.

Todd does great work and worked with us to troubleshoot the issues with our AC unit. We are replacing the units, but needed to extend the current unit until we can get the new one in. He is helpful and honest. Highly recommend!

Just moved in, A/C unit wasn't working properly. Mr. Spencer came the day after I called to check things out. Turns out a repair by the prior homeowner had resulted in a part not being wired properly. The problem was fixed within 10 minutes and our house is now nice and cool. The men that actually put my unit in were professional and respectful of my home. They were cautious not to damage any of my furnishings while taking out old equipment and bringing in new equipment. Got a new AC unit, the guys were on time and did a great job cleaning up afterwards. They were careful when moving equipment and even laid down tarps on my carpeted steps. They also schooled me on how to use the new thermostat and were happy to answer any questions I had. Definitely recommend these guys. Price was reasonable too.
