They always remind me when I am up for my annual maintenance. They give me times to pick from when they can come and I pick one and they come and do it. Now and then when we see a few insects, we call them and they come right out within a few days and do whatever it takes to get rid of them. They have been great..

They were professional, punctual, and I would recommend them.

They are just fine. They've been very accommodating. They'll come back and re-spray. They've been very nice.

The company was very good to deal with and my initial contact was positive. Unfortunately the technician who arrived was on the fence if he was going to remain with the company and it showed. He did the minimal amount of work and only reached that because I followed him and pointed out issues. Some of which he said he did not know how to remedy .He did not do the outside spider webs and I did not see it until later. The company said they would do the garage but he said that really was not part of treatment. All in all I am sorry this did not work out they seem to be a good company and it depends who comes out.

They were fine. I didn't or dislike anything about them, they were neutral. The work turned out adequate. I did not pay anything additional.

This was a good experience with them. They are very prompt. I purchased a year agreement with them.

much confusion in scheduling. I was contacted by different people and one did not know what the other had done. After treatment was performed, I continued to have ant problems. The provider did not service the interior but they were supposed to. In fairness, they indicated they would come back to re-treat, but I have not been in state.

It wasn't great. The contractor showed up immediately before a huge storm. I raised concerns that the amount of rain that was expected could potentially wash away the treatment, because I had been advised that it was a possibility. I had been advised during my research of the treatment that it should not be applied prior to expected rain. The contractor said it was no big deal and not to worry about it. Either the rain did wash the treatment away, or the treatment was just not effective. We fought mosquitos all summer and into the fall. I would not recommend this service. A waste of money .

They are prompted and very knowledgeable. They take the time to explain everything.

I had to reschedule due to heavy rain a couple of times, and one time their tech even suggested that I reschedule so the spray wasn't washed away. Each time they were very understanding and rescheduled me right away. The tech was so fast, that I was nervous he didn't do a good job. But we didn't have any issues with mosquitoes for a couple of months, and when they did come back they weren't nearly as numerous as they had been.

We were having problems with ants getting into the house and had Southern Pest Control out to spray for them. After the first treatment there was a noticeable decline in the number of ants. Further treatments have largely eliminated them.

Overall, they did a great job.

Southern Pest is prompt and reliable. The mosquito treatment makes my deck so much more livable.

Since it would be difficult to check behind this kind of a job, we must trust that the work was performed as promised. The gentleman that was here arrived on time, explained what he was going to do and then reported again when he was finished.

I ordered the angies list deal, however becaues I did not have 'proof' of the purchase when they showed up, they had me reshcedule the service call. When I called, they seemed somewhat disorganized and not familiar with the angies list purchase. Eventually, they did spray for mosquitos, however factoring in the time and energy it took me to get the spraying, I wish I would have pain the extra $20 and had Mosquito squad do it.

It went well. He was professional and he had a dog so he gave us the appropriate instructions.

Went well. Company rep. was responsive and timely. Tech arrived on time, knowledgeable about the service needed. Had to reschedule the treatment due to the switch and nature of service needed. As for future use and recommendation, decision is pending further services. Regarding the price, I hope this is better or at least comparable to other providers.

They did a good job. I actually purchased a multi-year contract. I was concerned about some millipedes, and I've definitely noticed a difference since they sprayed. They also sprayed around the doors and perimeter for crab spiders, and I haven't seen any since they came out!

Professional, clean, prompt. This was purely preventative....we were not having any issues at the time. We have seen very few crawly pests this summer so I suppose the treatment worked!

This was not a good first impression with this company. First, technician showed up for original appt but said they'd have to reschedule because they didn't have enough time to do mosquito treatment as well as termite inspection; appt did not provide enough time. I had no issue in rescheduling for a later time. However, in the meantime, I was sent a price sheet from Don at the company showing the standard pricing for their plans. This deal was advertised as a Termite Plan [only] with one FREE mosquito treatment. When the company provided their standard pricing sheet, their regular annual price for a termite plan was advertised for only $133! This would mean I overpaid by $146. I don't get it. Something is not right with this deal. I went ahead and paid even more $ to get the pest treatment since I had already paid so much already. It all feels under-handed how this was advertised. Hard lesson learned -- need to do homework before buying these offers.

It went very well. The gentleman was very kind and very knowledgeable. He offered additional preventative measures that would be appropriate for my home. He was awesome!!
