Description of Work: They came out to my house for a termite inspection and had a spring sprcial for a termite protection plan ($133 for the year with a renewal rate of $133 next year). I called them last Friday and they could have come out the same day, but I scheduled the appt. for 5pm Monday (today). The service guy was there early, and waited for me to get home from work. He walked me through the inspection of the garage, then checked in the crawl space. He took a picture of the inactive termite tunnel, that my husband and I had been curious about, while he was in the crawl space. Then he went through the contract information with me and it was all wrapped up in around 25 min from the appt time. All employees I talked to were very friendly and informative.

Description of Work: I bought an Angie's list coupon for a preventive interior/exterior pest treatment. The scheduler provided a thorough explanation of the service and shared some information about their treatment plan. I was interested in getting some more comprehensive protection for my home and was so impressed by her description of the company and services that I signed up for a plan then and there. The technician was early and promptly began his exterior inspection. He was very knowledgeable and explained when to call for a follow up treatment. I would recommend this company to others and look forward to a long customer relationship.

Description of Work: I purchased the Big Deal from this provider for them to spray indoor and outdoor preventative pest control. I have a big problem with ants. The woman I spoke with to make the appointment was very pleasant and informative. It also helped that they have extended hours since I'm not always available during traditional business hours. Their technician showed up promptly and was courteous and polite. He quickly performed the necessary spraying and spoke with me about any questions I had. I am definitely considering getting a contract for yearly pest control with them.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal through Angie's List for Southern Pest Control to do an interior and exterior pest control spray. The gentleman who performed my service was punctual and extremely personable. He arrived early in order to complete the outdoor work (for which he did not need me), then completed the interior work quickly. He was very friendly and professional and made me feel like they valued my business, even at 6pm on a Friday! I will definitely use Southern Pest Control's services in the future and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Description of Work: They were right on time, very nice and sprayed both interior and exterior of home. I've still seen a few ants since then though. Not sure if that is normal or not.

Description of Work: They sprayed around the outside of the house and also on the inside. The most valuable part of the service was the advice the technician gave me. he told me that the ants were getting in under the siding by using my bushes as a ladder because my bushes were too close to the house and needed to be trimmed. I immdiately trimmed the bushes and the ant problem vanished that day.

Description of Work: The service representative was on time and was very professional. He checked for any evidence of insect infestation (none found) and treated the perimeter of our home with an insect barrier. This initiated a two-year service agreement.
