Description of Work: I got on Angie's list and they were the top choice. I picked them and they had a coupon. Even better. I scheduled the appointment and told them I had ants. They came and sprayed for ants. So far so good. But the ants got worse. After a week the ants were still a problem. I called them and the first thing they said was "Do you have a contract?" Well, no I said. Well in that case we don't come back. So I asked if they backed up their work. Then they said, you'll have to wait 30 days and then we see. I hung up and called another service. Later I sent them an email since I thought the office might want to know about the level of service. The response I got from the email was "people who actually have a problem should not sign up for the outside/inside treatment with a coupon. Really? What a lousy company. Use someone else.
