We have a yearly contract with them, and we like the fact that they were bonded. They come out once a year to inspect our home's foundation and yard for termites. I feel these guys were just average.

In the past, I have had numerous ant problems, so I finally called someone to come out and take care of it for me. I chose Southern Pest because they are well known around here to do a good job. Since they have been coming out to my house, I haven't seen any ants or other bugs. The guys that come out do a good job and are really friendly.

Southern Pest Control Company was very respectful. They always made sure that it was the perfect time for them to come because when they sprayed for termites, they like to have us leave for eight hours. They opened all the windows, and they came back on their own and closed them.

I think its wonderful that they offer insurance on my house after they come out to inspect, that is very important to me, and it is extremely helpful that they allow you to make your payment installments rather than all in one big lump sum.
