Southern Pest Control service done a good job for exterminating insects.

After having the termite service in place with Southern Pest for over 11 years, I contacted them on June 20th of this year because I have found several large cockroaches. I was told that had I ordered the pest service at the time of my termite renewal, it would have been packaged for a total amount that is $100 less than they will charge me now. I was quite disappointed, having hoped that they would value me as a loyal customer. I not only referred my daughters to them, but prior to this I referred them to friends and colleagues. I guess they have become just another one of those big businesses that does not concern itself with customer service and loyalty..

I've had them for years and they've done very well. Several times when the encountered a problem, they came back and treated it virtually within days, and at no additional cost for the annual agreement.

I have been using them since 1999 and have been very happy with them. They do what they say they are going to. I think the personnel who work for them are very nice and cooperative. They will go the extra mile to make me feel comfortable. I think the price is reasonable. I pay them for 9 months of service.

They aren't pushy and they'll call me and remind me that is it time for my annual appointment. They let me know if I have any problems they will come back and fix the issue. The people that come and do the inspections are very nice and I have never had a problem with them. They always arrive on time! I have been using them for about 11 years now.

They are very professional. We had other companies that came out who tried to upsell us on everything. They are not salesmen they are service technicians, which was a breath of fresh air.

They are pretty good about responding to my calls but I am not sure their treatment is the best. It seems to me they do average work. They will come back if you call them but I just don't think they do a thorough job. The people are very nice.

We have a termite contract with another company but we had an ant infestation. They treated the ants and a variety of bugs. They were very courteous and punctual. They told us exactly what they were doing and did exactly what they said they would. They told us how to keep our pets safe until the product had a chance to dry. The price was on the high side but we were very pleased with their service. We ended taking a two-year contract with them.

The guy that came out her was very knowledgable, friendly, and answered any questions I had. They were on time. They made sure their shoes were covered when they came in the house. They were very thorough.

The company is good to deal with. We have a contract and they honor it. We've had problems with mice. When I call them they show up and do something about it.

They come out twice a year. I have a really old contract with them, which I do not think are issued anymore. I spend $200 a year. It includes pest control for both interior and exterior of my house. They are very good. They come out when they say they would and they do a good job. I would use their service again.

I have a yearly contract. Their customer service is amazing. I would pay whatever to have them come out. We had them formally at a house we leased and there was a rat in the backyard; they came and dealt with that problem very effectively. They were great about it. They were down on their hands and knees looking in places that I asked them to look at because I don't like rodents. When we moved into our own house we contracted with them to do the pest control inside and out. It is on an as needed basis so they will come out as many times as I need them. I paid $250 for two years. I will absolutely continue to use them.

. I have been more than satisfactory with them. They come any time during the year. They spray for bugs and termites. I don't ask them to get rid of rats or mice or any such mammals. They will do that but I have not asked them to do any of that. They call and remind me and they send their people. Their people are very professional and they do a good job. I will use them in the future.

They were on time(actually early) and did a thorough inspection of exterior and the interior of garage and crawl space under the house Treated the ground around the foundation with chemicals.

Not satisfied. Maybe i expected to much. I will just continue to control the ants myself, since my attempts gave me 6-weeks ant free! Request to cancel contract was approved and down payment refunded. If a vendor can not meet your needs, it is good if they have a money back guarantee such as this company has.

Recently moved into house and found that there is a small rat issue. Southern Pest will not set traps - they only put out poison. I want them to set traps so rat won't die in house, but they refuse to. So, as it turns out, a rat DID die in the house. But what is worse is that Southern Pest found the dead rat and refused to remove it! I had to pick it up and dispose of it myself. Obviuosly I felt like they should have done this. Please note that this was not just the guy that was here refusing to do it. This was company policy. Not sure what the logic was behind that but I was pretty upset that I had to come home and pick up a dead rat when the pest control company that I pay every month actually found the rat but refused to dispose of it.

We always work with a gentleman by name Rick. He goes above and beyond with his work. He is very courteous. It seems like a small company but it is nice. He comes 365 days if I ask him to come out. The price is very reasonable.

Excellent, friendly people on the phone when I called to request service. Were able to schedule appointment within a few days. Showed up on time.

Usually prompt. Friendly. Happy with this service and glad I called from a flyer we received in the mail after moving in. We switched from Orkin, which was very expensive and not as helpful.

The $39 price was per month. The people they hired and sent out to me were sort of lazy. They had put some things under my sink to catch bugs but, they didn't want to go under the house. They weren't a bad company but, I just didn't like one of the guys they sent out to me. So I just didn't want to put up with it any longer.

Everyone at the company is very friendly and I like the fact that they come by when I request pest control services performed. I have continued to use them for about five years now and have been quite pleased with their service.

They came out the same day I call them. They told me how to get rid of the fleas in my daughter s stuffed animals. They were friendly and used eco-friendly products. We didn't even have to leave the house after they were done.

I have Southern inspect my home yearly for termites. They do very well. Sometimes I have ants and call them about it. They are very responsive about coming out and spraying for that. They will come again if you do not notice a difference within 30 days. I have been using them for eight years, so they seem to work out just fine for me.

The thing that I like most about their service is that I know they are insured and if something goes wrong I can count on them to fix the problem. They are always good about inspecting everything and they make sure that everything is done correctly.

I recently had just switched companies. I do not have anything against this company and I think they were doing a great job. I just wanted to save a little bit more money by getting a better payment plan and I could not get that with these guys. However, the workers and the responsiveness of the company were great. They did do their job correctly and I would still recommend them to people. I probably would use them again if they would just lower their prices and offer some kind of a payment plan.
