It went very well. I was very pleased with his promptness and professionalism. He explained how these bugs get in and calmed my fears about an dangers that might be involved with them for me and my cat.

After some effort to schedule a date for this service, the technician arrived ahead of schedule. He was very professional. and interested in my specific concerns. Once he received my paperwork and had me sign for services, he went to work and was finished in 20 minutes.. I have not had an opportunity to determine if the application was effective

Very well. Representative was right on time, provided good info on how long pets and residents should be out of the house. Thorough coverage of all areas including basement.

They are great and I've used them before. They were very good, they gave me a guarantee if I have any issues, and I can call them anytime. They did a good job. I called them right after I purchased the Big Deal and they made the appointment so it wasn't that long.

They called me the day after I purchased the Deal and were able to come out the day after. They had great response time. The technician was very friendly and answered all of my questions about the treatment. It was very effective. It took care of a lot of the bugs. He was very careful not to get too close to my garden as well.

They've been awesome. They are well within market value. I was happy with what they have to offer. They always have gone above and beyond. They give reminders through email or phone call to remind me that October is the time for my annual inspection and to set up an appointment. They're very good as far as payment terms if you need them. Their techs are always extremely accommodating, very polite and very professional. They go around and inspect the house. They have discovered tunnels made by the termites. They always treated the house extensively every year. I have never had any issues with termites and it's a kind of house that can easily be rabbaged by termites. I've always been extremely happy. I wouldn't trade them with other pest control companies. They tell me if the treatment they did is detrimental to the animals. If you have issues with pests, they'll come right away if you give them a call. They've been very good about using natural products when treating. They were very cautious about doing the job right and not hurting the animals. There is nothing about them that I can't say it's not an A. They're very proactive. They'll follow up with a phone call. They usually wait for you to contact them. The contract included treating the inside of the house if in fact termites did a damage and that's very unusual. They will repair the outside and inside damage done by the termite. They haven't gone up in price in all these years and I'm not about to lose them.

With all the wet weather, the mosquitos have been prevalent this year. I thought I would try the mosquito treatment as I saw a coupon from Southern Pest Control on Angie's List. Scheduling was a breeze, and I was able to get it done quickly. When the technician arrived, he explained what he would do for the treatment and then got right to work. Not only did he do my yard, but he also treated the adjacent areas of my neighbors yards as well to ensure that the the pests were completely eradicated. While it wasn't a permanent solution, it provided a month of relief from the buzzing nuisances.

We moved into a new construction home and wanted to have an initial treatment to make sure we didn't get any pests. The technician took his time and did a thorough job. Will use again if necessary.

When scheduling the appointment, they told me that they don't cover treatment for bees. I pointed out that the Big Deal shows that they do. They decided they would honor that for me. Over the phone, I also told them it was a single level ranch but someone would have to use a stepladder to treat part of the area. They didn't tell me they don't operate with stepladders. The technician came out and was unable to complete the job due to not being allowed to use stepladders. I would give the technician a "B" but I give Southern Pest Control an "F."

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out well. It was very easy to get an appointment. Their scheduling was really easy and they delivered what they offered.

Went great! I've been a SPC customer in the past and have always been impressed by the care, professionalism, ease of service, and strong customer commitment that they show.

Provider arrived a bit early, but OK. Talked me into home pest warranty for 2 years over the phone, also OK. They inspected the property and treated for pests around the house. Went to spray for mosquitos but rain began so had to delay treatment. Called the office on Monday to reschedule and was told it would be 10 days. Different tech came to do the treatment. Had a couple of mosquitos that night, then on Saturday I had 3 bite me! Sent an e-mail on Saturday evening thru Facebook and had a response within 2 hours! On Monday they scheduled a retreatment.. This time the tech sprayed well under the deck, and haven, had a problem since! Techs are prompt and professional, as well as the office staff. Only complaints are that this is obviously a way for them to sign up new customers for their pest plan, and the length of time I needed to wait for visits.

The serviceman, John Wilhelm, was prompt, courteous, and very helpful- he had good suggestions on easy things we could do to lower the chances of bugs wanting to visit our home. We are getting ready to have some siding repair done to the home, and John let us know that if the construction workers found any infestation in the siding, just call Southern Pest and let them know. It is covered under our service contract. They also cover many more and quot;pestsand quot; than Orkin or Terminex. I highly recommend them!

Scheduling our appointment was easy. I needed to change our appointment time twice, the company made rescheduling very easy. The technician arrived right on time, got to work. He explained what he was going to do, and gave me advice on how to get the most out of the treatment he completed. If we have any more bug issues, we'll be sure to call Southern Pest Control!

Very professional technician. The mosquito repellent worked very well and our property backs up to a wooded area. We had a BBQ/cookout that lasted late into the evening with no insects or mosquitos. It was amazing! It has been 5 weeks and we are still able to sit on the deck at night without being attacked by mosquitos. No yucky fumes.

The sprayer listened to my description of the problem areas and then suggested a course of action. The plan included spraying points of entry on the inside and all around the perimeter of our home. After walking around our home he noticed that the ants could access the house from the shrubs and plants that touch the house. He suggested that we trim those plants. The ants disappeared right away!

The gentleman arrived on time and was very pleasant. He asked which pests I have had issues with in the past so that he would be aware. The gentleman sprayed the interior and exterior of my home and I have been pleased with the service. I would definitely use them again. I was contacted recently by them (no pressure) to purchase a contract and I am seriously considering doing so.

They where punctual, fast and did a good job

A very pleasant and respectful young technician gave me an explanation on how the job would be done and the technician also showed me hot spots for mosquitoes and what to look for in the future and not to have standing water this is a mosquito haven.

Not well, I should have stuck with my initial purchased plan of $59. and if I didn't like the work, well, no big deal. They talked me into buying a more expensive plan and I still have the problem I started with. I still have lots of insects and bugs. I have yet to hear from them since the initial appointment in April.

Didnt see a mesquito for the last 30 days.
