The service went very. We have not had a mosquito since.

Sprayed for silverfish in my attic. Unfortunately I think they sprayed a little to heavy and it got into my master bathroom exhaust fan and ruined it. Also, I later made a call and found out that fleas are not covered which was a little disappointing. They talked me into a yearly service plan which I'm not sure I really needed. Overall they were OK.

I was not pleased. To be fair, I have not followed up with them to say I wasn't pleased. He came, he sprayed and within 2 or 3 days after he left, I saw more ants than I've seen before when he was here. They called me about 2 or 3 weeks later and asked me if I wanted to schedule for coming as if he had never been here. The girl seemed very confused. It was just kind of weird.

He promised what he said he was going to do and it was effective. He was courteous and accommodating to my schedule.

They were very accommodating concerning scheduling, punctual and gave the house a detailed inspection. Termite inspection was done, no termites were found. The house and ground were treated, termite treatment was completed, the outside of the house was swept of all spider webs etc., and pest traps were set. I have unlimited treatment. It was good service from top to bottom. I highly recommend Southern Pest Control.

My biggest problem was it smeared or made droplets of residue on all windows and doors. Naturally I just cleaned everything for the party. J

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. They were okay, but they did not spray by my front door and I wife called back in. They did not do what we thought they were going to do totally, they were notified and they did not want to come back out. There price is okay.

Still have bugs within a week

The service man was very pleasant, very considerate of the situation on my property. As he stood in my driveway, he realized how bad my situation was. He did an extra special job to eradicate the bugs. And it has been amazing how successful it was! I am VERY pleased!! I plan on calling Southern Pest Control again, as soon as the little buggers return!!

Jamie was excellent. He did a great job inside and out and because of his professionalism and the quality of work, we signed a yearly contract for pest control with this company. He showed up at the scheduled time and explained what he was doing and worked with us on the areas we wanted him to focus on inside and out. Thank you Jamie for a great job. We will be asking for you specifically in the future.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was fine. There were no extra charges.

This service was fine but I was not as happy with an additional service I purchased because of a misleading ad. I still will continue to use them because the mosquito treatment and other pest control worked well.

Technician asked whether we had any specific concerns before he began his work. When I called to schedule the service, I was particularly impressed with the knowledge and efficiency of the office worker who asked pertinent questions about our home.

Southern Pest Control responded quickly to my request for service, showed up on time and were very thorough. This was a treatment I like to have done in the spring to keep down ants and spiders, and I saw a noticeable and lasting difference this year compared to when I have had my home treated by my previous pest treatment company. I would definitely use them again.

It turned out really well. The technician, Jared, was very thorough. He went all over the house doing the pest control treatment and he even did the outside. I did not pay anything more than the big deal and that was because he said that it really looked like there was not any infestation or anything. I was having a problem with spiders. I guess because of the summer and the weather, there was an unusual number of spiders and webs and stuff but he said that it did not look like there was any other infestation and that should take care of it for a while. I did not call them until Wednesday and they were here on Friday. They were also on time and very professional. I certainly would use them again in the future.

Went great! They even asked to reschedule because rain was in the forecast and the treatment would be ineffective. Looking out for our interests! Great job! Will use again.

The service turned out well. They were prompt and very accommodating. They were also very informative. It was easy to schedule and I was pleased with the service.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service. It was a little slow, but it happened. It was for my tenant in Richmond. It took a few days to get the appointment, but then they came out about two weeks after I purchased the deal and everything was pretty good. They tried to contact my tenant.

Excellent! We always have mosquito issues every summer. When I saw the 55.00 deal on Angies List I said why not give it a try. I'm so grateful I did! We notice an immediate difference in our yard. The kids played all summer long with little to not mosquito bites! I will definitely use them again!

The manager came and sprayed for mosquitoes and he was very thorough and explained everything to me. He was very knowledgeable and friendly yet very professional. He obviously takes great pride in his work and he is all about quality!

Purchased angies list deal for indoor and outdoor pest treatment. They are friendly when scheduling my appt. Was set up quickly. The guy that arrived was nice, punctual and informative. Was thorough with spraying. Even took time to clean spider webs down and spray for any spiders outside. I did not have the inside treated ince I had my small children home. Will definately use them again.

We use Southern for general insect concerns and they are a wonderful local company. The service is excellent and well priced. I would NEVER consider a national exterminating company again.

We started with a July 3rd spray date, but we had to keep pushing back due to the weather. The technician that came out was very honest with us about how long it should be put down before it rained. So we cancelled three times and each time they were very apologetic and courteous. The only problem I did have was with the pricing for the deal. The deal was for a 1/4 acre spray for about 50 or 60. I can not remember. I purchased thinking I could possibly do two of them. I made sure I called first and asked them. I was told I could do another one, but it would have to been done a little differently. They would knock off charges through a facebook coupon and then I would also have to buy another one for a 1/4 of an acre. I paid for more than 1/3 of an acre to be treated, but at a discounted rate. That being said, there was almost no mosquitoes in our back yard and maybe one or two in our front yard for a couple of weeks. (the treatment last about three weeks) We enjoyed our time out, but with the set back of the date most of the summer was gone. I can see if you do this as a monthly thing during the summer, but that sounds super expensive or definitely before a party.
