+ 1 moreThe installation crew did a great job putting down the new flooring. They showed up on time everyday and went about their work in a professional manner. Everyone involved was friendly and professional both at the work site and at the store. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They removed all of the old carpeting and pad from our second floor, repaired sub flooring as needed and installed new hardwood floor ( approx 1100 sq ft)

From the store experience with Debbie, her professionalism and knowledge in help and measuring at my home - giving me all sorts of options and variations with prices for all of them! Their team of carpet layers were excellent, professional and just really nice people. It's never easy to have your home up-ended for three days. But they made it as easy as possible and were super friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone!
Description of Work: They replaced all the carpet in my upstairs and a new runner on the back stairs.

Description of Work: We have used Scott Carpet now three times... and all three times we have had the most amazing experience. This however was the biggest project!! We have long-needed to have our upstairs carpet replaced but I was delaying even going shopping because the project was so huge and overwhelming. One Monday morning I decided to go to Scott Carpet to just look around.. and I met Debra! I explained my project to her and that I was totally overwhelmed. Debra put me instantly at ease and helped me every step of the way... from selecting a variety of carpet selections for consideration to measuring to making many decisions! The project proceeded without a hitch. The firm's owner, Patrick, even stopped by the house to see how things were going. Everyone was great -- Mike and Mike from Mike's Hardwood Floors, Jeannette who left her desk on two occasions to give me help and ideas, Debra who I view as project manager extraordinaire! , Chuck and Nelson who did the carpet work and of course, Patrick! The carpet, stairs and floor look great! I feel like I'm living in a new house! Thank you, Scott Carpet!

+ -1 moreTwo installers did the work. They found deterioration of the floor under the dishwasher, and we had to have this repaired before the vinyl could be installed. This delayed the process, as it took some time to again get on their schedule for the installation. The floor turned out fine. However, they did considerable damage to a door frame, chipping paint and gouging the wood, while moving the refrigerator. When I complained about this to the head installer, he said this was to be expected.
Description of Work: Installed new vinyl floor in kitchen, over the existing floor.

+ -1 moreI was very satisfied and pleased with the job the guys did. They were on time, cleaned up very well, and were polite and friendly. The seams were perfectly straight and the pattern matched just right. I would highly recommend this reputable company. The price was unbelievable and I'd drive from California to here for a price like that.
Description of Work: We had new Berber carpet and padding installed in our one thousand twenty nine square foot finished basement. There was no old flooring to remove or furniture to move.

+ -1 moreScott Floor Carpet One did an excellent job of removing our original floor and hauled it away. The vinyl tile that they put in really turned out nice. They actually finished the job sooner than we anticipated which was good. Their clean up was great.

+ -1 moreScott Floor Carpet One showed up when they said they would. They had three people to do the work. They not only brought the colored tile that we requested, but they also brought three different colored tiles and placed them on our floor just in case we thought another color might look better on sight. Their clean up was great, and the job was excellent. We did stick to our original choice, but I thought it was nice of them to bring the other tile for us to check out.
