They did the job. Many of the outfits that Angi came up with my project did not do poison ivy work. So RVA Lawncare went out of their way to get rid of these plants from my yard. If anyone needs to get rid of poison ivy, this is a possible place to go to.

They were great . I had a lot of work done it my yard. And it looks awesome. So if you need yard work done. I highly recommend RVA lawn and landscape. You will love their work.

They responded to my requests quickly. Staff are very friendly and professional. They did a wonderful job cleaning up my rental house yard and come promptly every 2 weeks to keep it looking nice.

Purchased the Angi deal of "Up to 4 Hours of Yard Clean-Up" on August 30th and was contacted September 3rd for scheduling. I asked what the soonest available time would be for them to come out and was told the week of September 13th. By September 12th, I had not heard anything so reached back out. By September 14th, I had still not heard anything so I sent out yet another e-mail. On September 15th I got an e-mail saying they were coming out that day, no forewarning or anything. Once they arrived, I walked the three gentlemen around the property and showed them all the plants that I had marked with red flags so that they didn't accidentally cut them down. I later discovered they cut down a plant in our front yard that was a gift from my wife's mother. Other than that, the services performed were adequate and the job was completed in the allotted time, but I will go with someone else in the future.

2 guys came to clean out large garden areas that were badly overgrown with weeds. It was one of the hottest days of the year, but I could not have been more pleased with the work of these two. Both their effort and the quality of their warm were outstanding.

We reached out to RVA Landscapes but it was these guys that did the work. After they finished one of the guys mentioned that they had power washed our front porch concrete landing as well. We had not requested that as part of the job, and it even states in their contract that there will be a separate charge for that. Within minutes of it drying I noticed that there were pieces that had come up during the wash and in fact you can see the pattern the spray took within the entire slab. I emailed the company right away and was called back that same day from a gentleman who stated that he was a manager and that the owner was going to come by that day and take a look. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up and said they would take care of it. He left and I was feeling pretty good that they would make it right since they damaged it. That was on June 17th. Several emails were sent from June – Aug. To their credit every email was answered and we were given various reasons why this process was taking a long time. Aug 17th two RVA landscapes employees showed up and explained the process they were going to use resurface the concrete. Please note they do not do concrete work but we were assured the gentleman working on it was experienced. Working around a vacation schedule on both sides and weather conditions they came out Friday September 5th. I will just say the final product was really bad. Everything from it being uneven in places to air holes to it being streaked and black marks throughout. I also now have cement on my driveway. At this point we have been informed they are done with us, but hey they are not going to charge me for the power wash. Needless to say this has been a frustrating process and I just wanted to put our experience out there if it would save someone some trouble.

Crew worked hard and did a nice job cleaning up the yard. Made recommendations to help keep the cost down.

Clicked on one of their "deals" and received an invoice for the full amount of the job BEFORE they would even schedule the work. This stipulation is nowhere in their information. Needless to say we don't pay any contractor in advance.

Went well. Trimmed the hedges and cleaned up the area.

The big snow fall disrupted everyone's schedules and I had to contact Justin a second time to remind him I was still waiting for an estimate for leaf removal. I did receive a prompt response to the second email and was given a very fair estimate for leaf removal for the front half of the property. A hard working crew of guys arrived just a few days later and did a great job blowing the leaves to the edge of the road and vacuuming them all up. They were professional, nice and worked efficiently to get the job done. I will use them again.

The crew arrived on time and the supervisor went over the work list with me prior to beginning. The guys got to work and didn't stop. The crew was polite, hard working, and clearly knew what they were doing. They cleaned up so everything was spotless prior to their departure i.e. blew leaves from my yard and my driveway, deck and front porch. Their pricing was extremely fair and they will be back to remove all the leaves from my property when they have finished falling. I have already hired them for mulching the entire yard and updating my landscaping. They will be doing my regular grass cutting in 2019. I now have a permanent landscaper and I am very, very happy!!

Huge disappointment! Was in a hurry to service another client and did not clean up as expected after bush trimming and gutter cleaning. Also did not communicate or show up as promised for subsequent jobs!

The trees look absolutely gorgeous this summer! They did a wonderful job!

Just fine they did a good job very easy and time effective for me! The owner was very prompt with responding and making sure the job was done. I will continue to use RVA Lawncare.

Justin was very prompt in answering any questions/scheduling. Haven't used their services this time but will hire them in future.

I have hired RVA Lawn Care several times and they always do exactly what I ask for in a timely manner. Justin and his people are very good and I will continue to use them fro my landscaping needs.

Went well. We had some moments of scheduling difficulty(on both sides) mostly due to weather, but I have hired them several times to do additional work.
