Great to work with! Pete is responsive, flexible and fair. RSF discovered some water damage when working on our project and responded with help and extreme patience while the repairs were made over the next months until RSF could complete the work, which was accomplished quickly. I highly recommend Right Step Flooring, LLC. they repaired and refinished the hardwood floors in my home from the front door to the sliding glass door at the rear of the house. Everything was done on schedule and to perfection.

Pete is great and his team did a wonderful job. I am thrilled with my new floors. They removed old carpeting, threaded new floors in with old floors, sanded whole house and finished the floors. Pete explained the entire process and sent me pictures along the way. His estimate was the best of four that I received. He saved me money and did a super job. It was a great contractor experience. I will definitely use them for my next home, and I highly recommend them.
