 + -1 moreThe company was responsive and provided economical options for my home system. It did take a few weeks for installation to be performed however the installers were professional and courteous. I would recommend Richmond Alarm to anyone who asks.

 + -1 moreRichmond Alarm offered the absolute best price to install and monitor my alarm system. I liked that they are a family owned and local business. I mainly dealt with Ben Reams, who is a fantastic ambassador to the company. He was transparent with his offers and easy to deal with. While Ben and the installer were in my home installing the system, they overheard me calling all around town looking for a particular gift for my grandfather. Nobody had the item we were looking for. Later in the day after the system was installed and we had all parted ways Ben left me a voicemail. He had taken it upon himself to call around to some other places and see if they had the item I was looking for. Really kind, and above and beyond. I'm very happy with my relationship with Richmond Alarm so far.
