+ -1 moreWe have been calling on Richard for all our computer problems for years now, since 2006. He has always proven to be extremely competent, completely dependable and thoroughly professional. He has set-up every computer we have ever bought and he has installed a great home network back up system for us. Recently, when I asked him if he knew anyone who could set up a tv-stereo system, he said he could and he did a great job. He has helped us trouble-shoot our computer problems when possible and come to the house when that wasn't possible. He is someone I would recommend without reservation.
Description of Work: Richard installed a set-top box for our cable televsion and hooked it into a receiver. He also set up a new laptop my husband had just bought. He installed the anti-virus and printer for the laptop. He set up the Windows XP mode , set up the printing for it and tested it. His total time spent doing all this was four and a half hours.
