He did a terrific job. We were very pleased.

I found this company listed on Craigslist. I phoned a few others too, including a couple on Angie's List... which were slower to respond. I chose Pressure Perfect because they came out quickly to estimate the project, were flexible in the scope of the work, provided a good price, offered to throw in some extra cleaning at no additional charge, and were able to start the project with a few days. They were scheduled to start at 1 pm Sunday, but a previous job ran long so they didn't get to my house until 2:30 pm. No big deal... we were in phone contact so I was aware of what was going on. They did an excellent job of powerwashing my two-story cape cod style home, even using special chemicals to get the gutters looking new again. Kevin, the owner, is quite meticulous and made sure to get every nook and cranny clean. Then he removed the furniture, grill and plants from my deck and pressure cleaned it with pressurized air so it could be re-stained (powerwashing is bad for the wood). Before he left, Kevin advised me on what type of stain to get, and rollers (I offered to purchase it, otherwise he would have brought it). Two days later, he returned at the appointed time, cleared the new acorns and other light debris from the deck -- spending about 10 mins with a screwdriver getting wedged acorns and other items out of cracks -- before spreading out the stain. I'm quite pleased with the finished look of my house AND deck. And I'm doubly pleased because Pressure Perfect was able to get to it so quickly! Kevin is very focused on customer satisfaction so he won't just grab your check and drive off.
