Description of Work: i had an appointment for noon for initial pest control service. when they did not come by 12;45, i called and was then told that all appointments were within a two hour window. i was not told this at the time the appointment was made and had another appointment at two o'clock, so i cancelled the appointment. very disappointed in this lack of communication. will most likely go with another company

Description of Work: PARAMOUNT PEST CONTROL INC I used Paramount Pest Control, quarterly to spray for ants and things like that, and they treat for termites. The last time they were out was a month and a half ago and I don't remember the price.

+ -1 moreThey are in the midst of providing service to me. They put down a Rafael barrier for me underneath my house and they are supposed to have sprayed underneath there with fungicide. They did that and then they installed a termite tracks and they are continuing to move those up. They were here just yesterday. It is a lot of money they charge and I think that they are pricier. They are very polite and they know what they are doing besides their price I think they are very good. I can judge about their quality of work as I can’t crawl underneath and see. They came out when they said they would. They are very punctual. I probably would do some more careful study on pricing before using them again and I would like to get few more estimates before I use them again.
