Paragon Construction Co , paragonrva.com , did an outstanding job on our small project, base for our trash cans so we can maneuver easily from the tile to our driveway. We are so happy. Paragon Construction Co. Is a very professional firm that handles your concerns and offers great suggestions for improvement. Check out the lovely work they do from remodeling kitchens and baths to additions of front porches, patio installation and so much more. A firm you will have complete confidence in. Their app helps you communicate with them and shows you on their calendar once your job has been scheduled. They have project managers who review the work performed. Also when a job is complete no mess is left for you to clean up.

Received high-pressure calls on the phone. Came out and gave me an estimate of $14k for an 1,800-sq-ft roof! This did include any extra work they might find under the old roof, but come on, that's about triple the going rate! I went with another roofer who did an excellent job, with the architectural shingle upgrade, for less than $5k.

It went very smoothly and according to plan.

Project went very smoothly. We were so pleased with their work and professionalism that we are conracted with them again now to replace another door/storm door and remodeling a spare bedroom into a dedicated dressing room with two more large custom closets.

They were wonderful! Unfortunately, we had a unique situation and for what they could do would cost more than another company.

Met Paragon at recent home show, seemed professional and polite. Asked us to book consultation at show well in advance. Called several weeks later, admitted to overbooking consultations, and asked move our appointment. Received confirmation call 2:30 PM on Good Friday that went unanswered due to family illnesses. Received email Monday morning informing us that since our appointment had not been confirmed, it was cancelled. A call to Paragon confirmed this, and their scheduling department was happy to reschedule...for a time slot weeks later. We decided if this was an example of how Paragon treated their potential clients, we didn't want to do business with them.

The Paragon folks are great! They were punctual for all meetings and for the installation itself and kept us fully informed every step of the way. They even established a project website which enhanced communications tremendously. These were difficult installations because the rough openings were very much less than perfect. Nevertheless, their workmanship is superb. The doors open and close smoothly and are perfectly balanced. They should last for several decades without problems. We are extremely happy with the results and enjoyed working with Paragon on the project. We look forward to working with them on several more over the next few years.

I decided to wait until this spring to do the project and they said that they would call back in January or February. They called twice and told me that the rep would call me in the next day or two. I'm still waiting for that call. This does not eliminate them because I liked them last year and they made my Final 3 but they could have helped their standing by calling back when they said they would.

Installation of both siding and windows was performed as promised. Professional approach and meticulous workmanship - at least all that I could closely observe. Timing was interrupted and delayed by weather. Pricing was higher than some other quotes, but Paragon's approach to the job was what we wanted to see.

They are very professional. They came when they said they would and all of the work done was excellent quality. I would highly recommend Paragon.

The Masonite siding on my house gotten to the point of replacement, it's only 12 years old. I contacted James Hardy and they referred 3 local contractors. Of these, I chose Paragon. While they did not submit the lowest bid, they came across as the most professional. Working with all of the staff of Paragon was an extreme pleasure. There was a slight delay in starting because of weather conditions but once the crew started, the work progressed as scheduled. The quality of workmanship is second to none. The cleanup of the work site was more that I expected. I would not hesitate in recommending Paragon.

So far, so great! We haven't done the final walk through, but the deck looks fantastic and is so well-constructed that it feels like walking on a slab, rather than a platform 10 ft from the ground.
