Spoke to them in the morning and they came to look at the problem within about 20 min. Shingles were broken and missing and a hole in the plywood. They came back that afternoon and repaired the damage. Very fair price. This was an emergency job since heavy rain was predicted for the next several days.

I requested a call (emergency) and Sung called me within a few minutes (approx 20 minutes later). After talking with him, he was available to come by with 1 hour to look over my roof issues. We gave me a fair and reasonable price ($475) for the roof repair that needed to be done and explaining my issues with some broken siding, he was willing to do the work as well ($225) and that included him buying the siding pieces I needed. Sung returned 2 days later and repaired both my roof and siding. He was professional and pleasant to speak with. I am satisfied with his work and appreciate his quick response to my work request.
