Responded promptly to my request. Completed job quickly. He did say that he couldn't fix a section of my siding but he did find a way to repair that section. I'm happy with his work.

The gentleman was very good and knowledgeable. He showed early for the repair appointment and went the extra mile to address my issues.

When my singles blow away due to a gusty wind last week, I contacted three different contractors: plus my home insurance company. The Northeast E@I Inc gave me the most accurate assessment with a reasonable cost. He was very professional, honest, prompt, reliable contactors that I havenâ t seen in a while in Richmond area. He provided me with pictures and identified what needs to be done. I am very happy with his performance and accurate estimation.

During the initial visit, I asked the service rep if he could repair the damaged siding on my house. He indicated that he was capable of fixing said repairs. He indicated that he would return on Friday to complete the repairs but he did not keep the appointment. Then, upon checking my email that evening, I realized that he sent an email indicating he was not going to keep the appointment. It would have been nice to get a phone call instead of an email. In the said email, he indicated that he would arrive on Wednesday to make the repairs. Again he didn't show up. As I was getting ready to notify Home Advisor by email of my dissatisfaction, I noticed he sent a second email again to change the appointment date to Friday. It rained off and on during this time allowing the sheathing board behind the siding exposed to the rain. Further, there are a number of areas where I believe the work was unsatisfactory. In an area that was repaired, the siding is crocked and unsatisfactory. Second, in several areas, the siding is not nailed to the sheathing board. He said he would make these repairs when I agreed to allow him to do the work but he did not do the work. Thirdly, some siding was shifted after his repair and now there are gaps between two pieces of siding that will surely allow water to enter behind the siding. Again, he said he could not fix it but it was not there when he started. Additionally, there is a cable wire that was left dangling on the side of the house. When I asked if he could secure it, he said he didn't have a staple gun to secure the wire. Finally, the repairman used an undamaged piece of siding to repair the exposed damage on the side of the house and replaced it with a piece of siding that looks unsightly. In all, the repairman had no concerns about satisfying the customer. He just wanted to do just enough to get paid. His work was totally unsatisfactory. So, I paid $275 for one hour of unsatisfactory work. The repairman was not concerned about work quality but just doing enough to get paid. I would not use this service again.

Northeaster E&I contacted me immediately after I put in a request for emerg roof repair on a Saturday after heavy rain (water coming though ceiling). Team was onsite in 90 minutes. Found the issue quickly and repaired roof in under 30 minutes for a very reasonable cost. Had this same kind of thing happen a few years ago and another company charged almost 4K for the same type of repair. If you need a roofer in central VA, this is the team to call. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.
