I requested a call (emergency) and Sung called me within a few minutes (approx 20 minutes later). After talking with him, he was available to come by with 1 hour to look over my roof issues. We gave me a fair and reasonable price ($475) for the roof repair that needed to be done and explaining my issues with some broken siding, he was willing to do the work as well ($225) and that included him buying the siding pieces I needed. Sung returned 2 days later and repaired both my roof and siding. He was professional and pleasant to speak with. I am satisfied with his work and appreciate his quick response to my work request.

Responded the same day to my inquiry. Provided a fair estimate. It was a small roof repair project and was completed within 3 days. I was please with the responsiveness and repair.
