Luxury Lawns is an amazing company. Not only do they keep our lawn looking magnificent, their customer service is excellent! If I have a special request, they respond in a timely and professional way. They are a good choice for year round lawn care services.

We have used Luxury Lawns for 10 to 15 years and they have provided impeccable service. They do weekly lawn maintenance such as mowing, edging and trimming, etc. They are happy to provide extra service like touch-up before special occasions or Hollidays, and they were great at clean-up after the hurricane. They are prompt, courteous, and always notify you before an upcoming major service like aerating, seeding or fertilizing. Their great service has made our lives easier and our yard a pleasure. We will continue to use them.

The team evaluated our lawn and landscaping, gave a solid estimate and has taken care of our property since August 2011. We will continue to stay with them as they are thorough and do quality work for a good price.

We contacted Luxury Lawns because we saw one of their crews out servicing a neighbor's property, which appears to be always well groomed. I now understand why. I spoke to Luxury Lawns about leaf removal/cleanup curbside and they did a fantastic job. On time, promptly delivered their service, left the work site clean as if nobody or no one had even been there, and were courteous on the phone. I will keep them in my list of favorites and hope they are available next time I need them for a job.

Four months after contracting Luxury Lawns to perform weekly mowing, weeding, pruning, and trimming, my yard looks worst than it did when I was doing it myself. The basic premise we hired Luxury Lawns on was to help gain time back by having someone else provide this service--did that happen? Yes, it did. I didn't have to worry about the yard getting mowed; however, not much more happened, Luxury Lawns was horrible in responding to both verbal and written communications, and did not even make an attempt to retain us as a customer; obviously, they are likely in over their heads. Luxury Lawns makes a great sales pitch that weekly they will mow, weed, trim, etc. Mostly the mowing and trimming happens; however, we had to stay on top of them about pruning (more to come later) and remind them numerous times to weed. Their weeding amounted to a couple weeds pulled here and there and that is about it. Likewise, we were told a 'pre-emergent' had been put done, but we have more weeds in our 1-year old sodded yard than we did in the first 8 or so months where I took care of all of the above? Be careful if contracting Luxury Lawns--with a contract with them, you basically get a 'bank' of hours that are distributed over the course of the year. So yes, you pay for everything when your lawn goes dormant (well, they'll come pickup leaves, etc., but in a brand new neighborhood that is a joke since there are no trees). Their contract does not stipulate the above process at all; they instead focus on all the great work they'll do as described above, but in reality, again, they were too rushed to do it, and it only got kind-of done when I placed several calls and e-mails. Regarding the pruning, I'm very tempted to post a picture. We have a 1.5 year old holly tree that had great shape and volume to it. When they came to prune it, they chopped the top off and it now resembles a Wii character or some sort of nub. It's hilarious looking, so much, that Luxury Lawns would not call us back about it. That must be embarrassing. Lastly, we were looking to spend several thousand dollars on landscaping for our backyard. We contacted Luxury Lawns landscaper and never got a response, again; obviously in over their heads. It kills me to my core to write such a harsh review of a local company and small business, but this is grounded fact and reality that needs to be shared as I never thought a local company would provide this poor of a service. I can't help Luxury Lawns run its business, but at least I can help you make a grounded decision in your search for a trusted, responsive lawn care provider. Best of luck.

They are more than reliable and they are always there to the point that everything looked freshly cut when they were done. They would always explain the chemicals they used and that they are pet and kid friendly. They do great work every time they are out here.
