+ 2 moreAmazing. I can't recommend Joe and his team highly enough. From the very first, Joe was consistently responsive- showing up with very little notice on a Saturday and patching our initial roofing problem at no cost the same day. It spoke to Joe's integrity and I knew we had found the right contractor for the job. Joe was able to bring in a roofer, and a contractor who did an incredible job with the drywall. Everyone was on time and worked within a more than reasonable budget. All in all, our young family is grateful to Joe for bringing some normalcy back into our lives.
Description of Work: With all the rain, a do-it-yourself demo and installation of a tile floor revealed a major, chronic problem in our kitchen. A hole in our roof became a leak that saturated interior walls and made its way into our subfloor. The problem had persisted for months before the downpours made us aware of what was going on. We were faced with a complex set of problems that involved roof repair, demo, a pretty nasty bit of mold, insulation, and sheetrock in two rooms. Not only was our problem potentially problematic from a financial perspective, it was also a challenge logistically in considering everything that needed to be addressed.

+ 0 moreI was very impressed with his courteous and friendly demeanor. He is a General Contractor of 30-years and really knows his craft. He was always very professional, arrived on time and stayed focused on the work at hand. Joe was able to reconstruct some serious carpentry issues and poorly installed windows and doors from previous contractors. He truly is amazing and I would recommend him to anyone.
Description of Work: All my old windows and doors, as well as the framing, had to be removed due to water intrusion that caused mold and rotting wood. He had to reconstruct everything properly before the new windows and doors could be put back in place. Joe also cut and installed new baseboards, trim, window seals and other types of woodworking throughout my home.
