Dominique, Antoine and Eric were delightful to wok with. They take pride in their work and do it very well.

Excellent service. The two men arrived and were very courteous and pleasant. They went right to work moving my washer and dryer from upstairs, down the stairs and to the main floor laundry room. They put down blanketing to protect the wood floors and were very careful. They hooked up the washer and dryer. I was very happy with J&M Service and would definitely call them again if I ever need anything moved again.

They never called me and never showed up. I will try to call them again.

Two guys/one truck arrived about 3 1/2 hours late, though they did call me twice to warn me of delays. They had no hauling equipment and only one of them even had a pair of work gloves. I had purchased a $75 deal for 1/2 truck, and it soon became clear that I had enough junk for a full truck, so we agreed that I'd pay an additional $75. Fair enough, but the workers couldn't tell me what my payment options were and told me to call the owner. I couldn't reach him, so we agreed that I'd write a check, but the workers were unable to give me a receipt. All in all, the job was done. The workers were polite and they worked hard, but they were not what I'd call professional.

I had no problems with them. They did a great job. My only issue was that they only sent one person with one pickup truck.

Perfect. Dominic and William arrived on time and completed the move efficiently and quietly, with care not to mar the furniture or the hardwood floor they were working on. They were very professional and courteous and did exactly what we needed for a reasonable price. This was the second time I have used J&M and recommend them highly, especially to anyone who has a job other companies might consider "too small".

I bought the $75 special for 1/2 pickup load and of course my wife was they and they talked her into an additional $150 to cover tires, etc...

I purchased a big deal from Angie's List. I think they were a bit overrated and what they were selling did not match what I thought the price was. They had a small cart trailer on the back of their truck. Basically, we ended up having to pay an extra $50. They did not have enough space. They were responsive.

The move went well. It was a very hot day. The men were quick & efficient and very professional.

They charged TWICE THE AMOUNT LISTED AND TOOK HALF THE AMOUNT PROMISED!

There was some confusion at first over what had been purchased. I thought I had bought a big dump truck load worth of hauling and it turned out it was only for a pickup truck load. I talked to the owner and we worked through the misunderstanding and he took away everything I needed discarded. It was a positive experience.

I was very impressed with the service provided to my Mom and I. They wrapped all furniture and took very good care of us. The only issue I had was that when I purchased the deal from Abgies list I was told there would be 3 men and there was only 2 and I was given one price when contacted and they tried to charge another price but when I spoke with the owner at the end of the move he recalled conversation and honored price he originally quoted. Also the address below is missing apartment number which is 202
