Description of Work: They were a little late but I cannot hold it against them because I changed move dates so much because of house closings. I told them how long I had and we got it done. Would definitely use them again but I am hoping not to move in the near future.

Description of Work: Delivered personal belongings to a former employee. Despite the many attempts by this former employee to make this task difficult, Mark with J and M handle the issues with the upmost professionalism. I would most definitely utilize as well as refer their services. Great job!

They were great to work with, the most professional,prompt , polite crew I have ever used ...this is way it used to be..no wander he is always busy..I highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again..thank you Mark!

Description of Work: I purchased the deal to haul away some toilets and washing machine. I called to schedule an appointment and left a message on both phone numbers provided. After an hour I called both numbers again and no response. I got a text stating call back later I'm in a meeting. I called back again an hour later and got response. So within a 4.5 hour period I didn't get to set up an appointment so I went with another company. Would try again another time. The price was the lowest I found on Angies list

Description of Work: They were helpful and accommodating. The man was professional on the phone and the staff did an excellent job.

Description of Work: One single garage worth of stuff. Very nice and professional guys but ran 45 min late. They did call at least. They are respectful and very careful with your stuff. Put down covers on the floors so they do not track in dirt. Poor communication with their boss on price they had no idea any details of what was discussed on phone. Was assured by Mark the owner would do the right thing since they could not complete a job a few weeks prior since they had somewhere else to be. Charged $125 an hour just for travel for one truck and 2 guys (did 2 hours of moving). Did not feel that was fair. Yet for a big move for 5 guys and 2 trucks was $200 an hour which was fair. Felt Mark took advantage of my family for a 2 hour move b/c we had a groupon but had paid over a$1000 3 wks prior for much more work. Not right. If you do use them for a move make sure Mark is part of the crew and a groupon not the best way to go.

Description of Work: I had boxes and items moved to a storage area. The young men who moved the items for us were pleasant, efficient, and very courteous. I would definitely use this Company again!

Description of Work: My move consisted of a trailer load of nearly all antique furniture. Mark and his assistants recognized the value and took all precautions and care in the move. They worked swiftly and with the best of attitudes, with all cheerfulness, courtesy (to me and each other) and cooperation, even when I had to change the arrangement of some pieces once they arrived and didn't work as I had planned in the new space. The day could have been quite stressful but was not. I am grateful and recommend them without reservation.

Description of Work: They picked up and delivered to my home a very large oversized (60w'x25d'x90h') Armorie upstairs. They were professional in every way and I would definitely use them again.
