IQ construction did a great job. They tested the foundation drainage system and identified water was not exiting the system as designed. They followed (dug up) the outside drainage pipe in the yard and found where the pipe was cut and crushed. IQ replaced the drainage pipe and used great care in the yard. They also then installed a new crawl space vapor barrier spanning the full area and used great care under the house (with all the a/c piping, water pipes, wires, etc).

The job went well. They came in and did the job. Kept dust down to a minimal and cleaned up really well. I would definitely hire him again.

The quoted time for the demolition was 2 days, however, the actual work took 4 days because of all the issues that arose with the cement foundation of the building that was being demolished. The house itself was a piece of cake but the foundation was a total surprise. The actual house was a dome house with a cement slab foundation with the middle of the concrete slab being 6" deep which was fine but the outer edges were 22" deep! We were all really surprised. JJ had to rent a much larger jack hammer to break up the concrete which of course ended up taking much more time because of the thickness. He even worked though thunder and lightening and pouring down rain just to get the job done. JJ was such a gentleman through all this and kept us updated with the progress of the demolition. When he was done with the demo everything was cleaned up and the area graded, seeded and spread straw to control the erosion. We plan to pay JJ additional money for all the work and expense he incurred on this job. We have some other work that needs to be done on our main and we will be calling him to do that work for us. He is a great man to work with.

IQ construction was detailed on time, reasonably priced, courteous, kind, trusting and they did an excellent job.
