This company purchased Karnes Lancscape Services early this summer. We are still evaluating their capabilities.

Hy=Tech was quick to respond with a quote, but after that things went downhill. I faxed them the signed-off quote and spoke with the receptionist on the phone the day after I received their quote. I was told that they would be scheduling the work for the following week and that I would receive a call 24 hours before they came out. After the promised date came and went without any call from Hy-Tech, I called their office again and was promised that the scheduler would return my call. Nine more days passed without a return call, so I called the office again and was once again promised that the scheduler would return my call. Five more days passed without a return call so I called one last time and told Hy-Tech to cancel the order and that I would be submitting a review to Angie's List. It was only then that I FINALLY got a call back from the scheduler. He apologized and said that they were running behind. Running behind is one thing, but not returning repeated customer phone calls is another. If they had only been willing to return my call sooner, I would have probably waited and used them again because they did a good job in the past. As it is, they permanently lost a customer.
