They never responded with a quote.
Description of Work: Never received quote for work we wanted done. It's been 3 weeks, and we called twice and asked if they were gioing to quote. They said yes, but we haven't heard from them. If they can't quote it in a timelt manner,I would be afraid to have them do the work.

Met at the property. Estimate was sent by email. When the member called me and explained that he did not received my quote, I sent him the quote by US Mail. I was unaware there was any problem until I received this rating. Called him to apologize and hand deliver his quote, but he declined.

The work turned out great! They are trustworthy. I like the crew. They reward repeat business by being more aggressive with the pricing. They are not too big. They make an effort to stay small. I just think that most of the contractors I meet are not good people, and the owner of this company is a good guy.
Description of Work: I used Home Consultants & Remodelers for small roof repairs and a repair to a hot water heater.

It went extremely well. The workers were punctual and friendly. Mr Steighner was very thorough in his explanation of what needed to be done. We found him very trustworthy, leaving him and his worker in the house unsupervised for hours. Surprisingly with all the excavation they were quite tidy, and left no mess to be cleaned.
Description of Work: They reinforced a sagging joist in the basement and added three support posts under the sagging beam. In the process they jacked the sagging beam by .75 inches. The work included digging three holes and pouring three concrete pads to serve as a foundation for the support posts.
