I called around 8am, got a call back around 9. The repairman was at the house at 3 and the refrigerator was working by 5. Thank you. I liked that he asked if I wanted to spend the money on a 9 year old refrigerator. He wasn't trying to make a sale.

After trying myself I called Home Appliance and received an immediate response and scheduled appointment. Chris from Home Appliance arrived right on time, assessed the issue and give me an estimate based on what he thought the problem was before doing anything. The issue was a clogged drain line from the Dishwasher to the garbage disposal. He was able to vacuum out the line very quickly and get the issue corrected. Chris was professional and a pleasure to deal with. Even though the correction was thankfully minor, I would not never have found it or known how to clear it if I did. Chris showed us what to do should we have the same issue in the future. Very positive experience!

Chris was prompt and professional as usual. He quickly discovered we weren't getting enough power to our dryer and suggested that we contact an electrician. He had been out to our house recently for a refrigerator issue that also didn't require any repair work from him so he gave us a break on this most recent service call. I can't tell you how much I appreciate that and will remember that each time I need any kind of large appliance repair. I really like that the company sends the same service person (in our case Chris) each time. It really helps you develop a trust relationship with the repair person. This company has earned the number one spot on my list of service groups to contact for appliance repairs.

Chris called multiple times to verify appointment time and arrived early! Once at work, he was able to quickly diagnose the problem and willing to explain every step and cost along the way. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Would definitely recommend and use again in the future!

One time performance, quality work.

Called them and was able to reach someone immediately, who scheduled someone to come make the repair. The repairman arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem and give me a detailed description along with an estimate for the cost, which ended up being a little less than what he said based on what he found when he took everything apart. Even though he had to take all the frozen items as well as the door and the relevant parts to clean out a clogged defrost drain line, when he left it was cleaned up and didn't even look like he had been there. The fridge works great and we haven't had any issues since with that original problem. Overall, I would say he did a great job and I would definitely call them again for my appliance repairs.

Everything was terrific. He had to order the part but got it within two days. He completely fixed the problem with the ice maker. He was punctual & very professional.

Chris from "Home Appliance" returned my initial call right way. He arrived on time and fixed my washer after explaining the problem and what he would need to do to fix it and what it would cost. He fixed the problem quickly. He was very pleasant. My washing machine works great now.

Got good response, professional service and complete job. Required partial de-install to get to parts. Done with minimal disturbance, and re-install done well. Hoped for lower price, but realistically, was reasonable.

The problem occurred on a Sunday. I called the service number that morning and they promised to send someone that afternoon.The technician arrived around 1:30.The technician said he could replace the wall socket and it would cost an additional $40 to the service call or I could easily change it myself.I opted to change it myself. I was very happy with the service provided.

This was an excellent experience. Called on Friday and they were there on Monday. Very honest and easy to deal with. Got the part Tuesday and worked with our schedule to come back on Tuesday evening to repair. We had been waiting for days on the company the Lowes warranty people had arranged for. We used Angie's List to find an alternative and it was great. I would recommend these folks every time!

My washer was leaking, and after two other attempts to have it fixed by another company, I called Home Appliance. The technician phoned me back within 15 minutes and came within the hour. He found the source of the problem in 2 minutes, and had it fixed in 20. The price was less than I had paid the other guy who never fixed it! I will definitely use them for all my appliance repair needs.

I called Home Appliance because our dishwasher was leaking. I was given an appointment the same day! When he opened the dishwasher he immediately saw the problem, replaced the broken parts, and fixed the leak!I HIGHLY recommend this company.
