Just perfect- couldn't have asked for a better experience.

We contacted Home Appliance based on a referral from Cole's Electrical service. They scheduled a visit to diagnose why our 5-year old Kenmore clothes dryer was making a non-electrical burning smell, and concluded that loose lint had been trapped on the element. The dryer has functioned fine ever since, with no burning smell. They were also much cheaper and prompter than Sears.

Using one of the Angie's Deals we contacted Home Appliance to look at our dishwasher that had not been working for several weeks. Unfortunately, our dishwasher was beyond salvaging, but we were given a lot of advice and suggestions on what models and styles we would want to look at, as well as information on installation.

Overall positive experience. Company was very prompt, courteous, and did a good job at explaining the issue with my refrigerator. Pricing structure is a bit odd since it was based on the part being replaced (versus time and materials which I'm used to for these types of services). Due to responsiveness, would certainly consider using them again.

Very fast service! I called the office at 8 am Monday morning. The woman who answered paged a repairman. Anthony Walter called me back within 10 minutes and set up an appointment for 9-11 that morning. He diagnosed the problem and cleaned out a lot of dust under the back of the fridge. He did not have the correct evaporator fan motor on his truck, but he came back later in the afternoon and installed it. Anthony was polite and friendly throughout, including to my curious 3-year-old.

Chris came out and replaced a damaged damper and the computer board that was still under warranty. He was extremly polite and professional. In fact, my husband stated "I hope the owner knows what a valuable employee he has in Chris".

Overall the experience was great. I would recommend them to anyone.

I called Home Appliance at 7:30 this morning and they answered immediately. They took my information and had someone call me back within the hour to schedule a time to come out to the house. They gave me a time of appointment between 1:00 and 3:00. Chris arrived promptly at 1:00 and was courteous and professional. The service van was well marked and Chris was in a uniform which also was very professional and appreciated. He explained to me why our dryer was making marks all over our clothes and how he could repair it. He also gave me the cost of repair and was able to get to work on the dryer immediately. I am very impressed with again the professionalism and timeliness of the service and repair. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to others.

Water would not drain out of the clothes washer when the spin cycle engaged. Technician did not have the part on his truck, but left and returned within an hour and finished the job (timer replacement). Washer works perfectly after the repair.

Charlie did a great job repairing our dryer. He returned my call promptly, said he could come the next day, arrived on time and gave me an estimate in which he showed me exactly how he came up with the price. He even stayed an extra half hour after I'd paid him to listen to a funny sound the washer was making.

Everything went fine. I encountered absolutely no problems with them, they were very thorough, professional and polite.

It appeared that my refrigerator/freezer had a problem with the ice maker. The service rep coudn't make it fail, so he told me to call him if/when it acted up again. I called him and he came back after another week. He replaced the ice maker. The problem returned. I called him back. He came and told me that maybe it was the control board, but he'd have to look up the right one. He called me to set the appointment and came, replaced the main control board and two sensors. It did fix the problem, finally, but it took 4 visits and over a month of me collecting and emptying water from the freezer, from the date of the first visit. He did not, however, charge me the service charge for the repeat visits. He also applied what I paid for the ice maker he installed to the cost of the control board install so it didn't cost much additional money. So he did complete the job satisfactorily. It just took too long and too many visits to get it done.

Amazingly fast and accurate service. I was so pleased. Service man arrived about 90 minutes after I initially called. He was pleasant and patiently answered all my questions, including some general ones about the refrigerator. I will definitely call them again. I don't know how to compare their fee, but their service was beyond compare.

An acquaintance (out of town) suggested that the cause of the twice-daily buzz in our relatively new refrigerator was a loose screw or other part in the evaporation fan motor. Anthony from Home Appliance took the fan motor apart and discovered that the main control board (computer) was sending insufficient voltage to the fan motor. He replaced both the fan motor and the control board. Fridge has returned to normal. We were impressed by his professionalism.

We discovered the evening before we were going out of town that our washing machine required some repair. Charlie promptly returned our call and arrived the next morning a few minutes earlier than promised. He quickly diagnosed the issues and explained the problem and required repair in plain English. The repair was completed efficiently and for what we consider to be a very reasonable charge. We could not be more pleased and give Charlie and Home Appliance our highest endorsement.

Our Sub-Zero freezer began leaking only a few months after we bought our 12 year old home. We worked with our homeowners warranty company to use their approved appliance repair service. Their serviceman came out 7 times during a several month period. Each time he came, we have to pay $75. He replaced many different parts, but the freezer continued to leak. When the repairs finally reached the $1000 mark, the company said we were responsible for the bills. We dropped the warranty company's appliance repair place and found our own.

Our freezer stopped working and we thought about purchasing a new one, but then went to Angie's list to find a repair person. The response was so quick we didn't even loose our frozen meats. I was so impressed with the service, I then made an appointment for our heat/air units to be checked.

My freezer stopped making cold air. I called them and they came on the same day and right on time. The technician was friendly and courteous. I had a bad relay between the power and the compressor. He replaced it. Problem solved.

Very impressed - very quick to respond, even offered to come out the same day. Professional and quick. One of the only providers I could find that would even offer to repair my brand of freezer.

They were quite reliable. They showed up on time and did the work as requested.

We depend on our washer, so when it started making noise we called Home Appliance Repair. We had used them previously for large appliance repair and were pleased. Charlie scheduled us for the next morning (this was not emergency service since the washer was still operating ok). He was on time and quickly figured out what the problem was. The pump needed to be replaced. He had the pump on his truck, swapped the old one out and the new one in, and then tested the new one's operation. He told me about the 10% coupon in the Yellow Pages, saving me $23. Very pleased overall.

Called and got an appointment within 24 hours - worked around my schedule.

I called and the technician came out that evening at exactly the time promised! A part was needed so he made an appointment to return the next day. He arrived again exactly as promised and did the repair. The estimate was right on. The technician, Chris, was extremely informative and made recommendations about how to minimize water leakage during defrosting over night. The freezer is working like a charm!
