I was very please with the service . The companies I were able to choose from were all very professional. It felt good to be able to choose the right company for the job that I needed. All I can say is job well done.

We used Hetrick to paint our deck and it was a complete disaster. They charged us twice as much as the original quote because they said the wood really drank the paint and they used more that they thought. In less than 1 year it started peeling and hasn't stopped. You can see from the pictures it is not scratches. It is the paint cleanly coming off the wood. The only follow up was a guy from spectrum telling me the quality of stain isn't what it used to be. Rob never followed up with me after that. I guess I am supposed to just accept that after paying a fortune for the job. The final price was almost twice what he quoted and what others quoted. I don't know if it is quality of the paint or bad application, but either way they left me with the disaster to fix and of course kept the ridiculous amount of money I paid for it. Hopefully this helps others to avoid the same mistake.

Rob came to the house right away to provide an estimate. He said he would put us on his schedule to be done in two weeks. Three weeks later, I called him because we had not heard from him. He did not offer an explanation or an apology, but again put us on his schedule to be done in a couple of weeks. It has been more than a month and I have yet to hear from Rob. Not that it matter, because I have since hired someone else do the job; a professional who did it when he said he would and he did it well (R & B Painting). Had Rob been upfront with me (telling me that he had higher paying jobs he fully intended to do first), I could have had my painting done months earlier. This is rude (quite selfish actually) and unprofessional behavior.

Easy to talk with and very quick to return calls. Pressure washing job went very well. Deck staining also looked good. Downside was that the quote looked low based on his basic labor charge, and he added material and repair afterward. That made the price 2.5x the quoted price, which gave me some sticker shock. I would prefer seeing the bottom line price upfront. That being said, it was my error and the work was good. Just make sure you understand the true price before you sign.

We were pleased with the job that Hetrick Painting did. Rob Hetrick came out quickly to give us a quote. Once we chose the stain color the work proceeded quickly. The deck looks much better than it did and is safer. Please note that the quote we received was for the labor only. The cost for the paint and other materials were then included in our final bill.

They did a great job and paid attention to detail. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again.

Very prompt and professional. When my old paint wasn't still suitable the painter went out and purchased another gallon and passed on their discount to me. He was able to paint the wall and ceiling above the stairs which is tricky (hence why I called them) and did a very good job. He also was able to sand and caulk around an old window for painting.

Painted walls, ceiling and trim on 2 levels of our home. Abraham and his crew were very professional and precise in their work. We had our wood floors refinished after the painting was completed and Rob promptly sent back a painter to touch up the baseboards and walls. We are extremely satisfied with the quality of their work. We also had our maple kitchen cabinets painted white and they look great! Their price was very competitive.

Rob and his workers were always responsive, always on time, and always professional. They came back out to touch up after the work was done. Very pleased with the results.

Deck was fine, so was power wash. Workers left trash and never put planters back like he said they would. Owner said fence repair would begin around aug 24. When they didn’t come, he never responded to my texts. Overall, very unreliable.

We are very pleased with the work performed by this company. Employees were courteous and very receptive to any suggestions we may offer. The work was highly professional, finished on time and on budget. We were very pleased with the finished product which exceeded our expectations. We have more painting projects in the near future and will definitely contract with this company. To anyone looking for a company to do work for them, I highly recommend this company.

I am so happy with the results! I found that everyone involved in the project was professional, prompt, and perfectionists. I plan on doing more painting in the house and I will definitely be calling them again! It’s absolutely beautiful 💕

We looked for interior painting of 2 story 1,850 sqft townhouse. Their guy, who did the cost estimate for our house was super-professional. They have been very good on cost, and I was little nervous about that. But the crew arrived in a timely manner, exactly when we agreed upon, and they started working, two, sometimes three people at once, cleaned before and after them, removed everything that was needed. They did a standard job, one coat on ceilings, and 2 coats on walls, plus baseboard trims, and 3 doors. I was happy with the outcome and paid them in full once the guy came a week later, to inspect the work of his team. Overall, very pleasant experience, no surprises, no cutting corners, just fast, good and affordable service. I certainly would recommend them to anyone in the area.

Rob Hetrick got us worked in to his very business schedule and we really appreciate that very much. We have worked with Rob before. His estimate was in line with others, but his team has done an excellent job in the past, and he was willing to help us get it done asap. A few things that could be better: Communication. Part of the job from the start was repair to moldings where screws had done some pretty good damage. When the team arrived they asked us to walk them through the job, we did, paying special attention to the need for the molding repairs to be made professionally. However, it didn't look very good when done, and I called Rob, who said his crew was not supposed to do that repair job, that the person who was doing that was coming the following week. He did come the following week and got it done. However, I would have liked to have known that before hand. Also, some paint was spilled on a custom blind, one of 4 in a room, and that fabric is no longer available. So we would need to replace all 4 blinds. Even one blind would be very expensive to replace. I mentioned the paint on the blind to Rob, and he really didn't have any reaction to it. I let it go. Otherwise, Rob and his team do a great job, and we really do appreciate his willingness to help us out. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone.

The paint job was great. Workers were fast and efficient. The cost for painting was reasonable. The carpentry repair is charged by the hour, and was done by a different work crew. We were not as pleased with the number of hours we were charged for the minor work.

They did an excellent job. Very professional, Rob came afterward to see the finished work. Great company. Second time I used them (July 2017).

Rob Hetrick, the owner of the company, was wonderful to work with and very accessible. And his crew were very professional and polite. They did an excellent job for the drywall repair, painting, and other work I requested. As to the painting, it was the best job I’ve ever seen! Once the work was completed, Mr. Hetrick did a walkthrough with me to make sure that I was satisfied with all that had been done. I plan to use them for any future projects and highly recommend them.

Fantastic! They painted roofing, walls and trim on about 2000+ sq/ft house. Mr. Hetrick was easily contacted to coordinate the painting and finishing of the project. His workers were very polite and took pride at ensuring the quality met my satisfaction. I only needed a few touch ups and this was coordinated well with Mr. Hetrick and the workers. Mr. Hetrick did a final walk through to ensure we were pleased with the work. I will use Hetrick painting again in the future. "Quality" is the key to their service.

The painters were skilled in the art of interior house painting. Everything was accomplished in a timely manner. HCI offers complete home services other than painting. I have been able to use them for other services and plan to continue to do so in the future.

The painting crew was excellent and they did a great job. Ask for the Egyptian crew. They are very good detailed painters.

They did a great job. We're very happy. They were very professional. We had a punch list, they came back and did it and waited until we were satisfied before even asking for payment. We met with the owner last night and went over a few things and paid him. So, we're very happy. Price was a little more.

Did not show up for appointment. I came in from Northern Virginia for a 10am appt with his office manager because he was in CA.
