I am glad that you were pleased with the quality of the service as a whole, but dismayed that you would rate our professionalism at the lowest rating. I understand how difficult it is to find a great service company, especially one to clean your home. Our service area is stated on our website (as it was when you purchased your Big Deal for services). We thought that by honoring that Big Deal and attempting to offer you a recurring schedule we were making extra efforts to assist you. It was my understanding that this was communicated to you verbally in the beginning. The decision to discontinue services to your home was not taken lightly. That is why we contacted you by phone, honored an additional appointment during the holidays, and offered you occasional services to help you with the transition. Because we strive for consistency with our arrival times and Cleaning Associate assignments, having a house outside of our area creates a situation where we would not be able to live up to that promise. That is why we could not continue to offer you recurring services. That offer still stands. If we can help you occasionally, we are just a phone call away. But also please reconsider your review rating. It seems that you did enjoy our Cleaning services but were merely upset that we could not continue to offer you services. We appreciate your perspective and value your feedback. We're sorry that we are unable to help you with your cleaning needs and sincerely wish you the best in your search for a new service company.
