Description of Work: I used this company and they did a good job. |They came 2-3 times as I had said I would like an ongoing cleaning done. |On the last time just after Christmas I was told that they couldn't service me any longer and should have been told by the office manager in the beginning that I was too far away for them to service, no-one at any time told me this. Not very professional. I have some health issues so was very disappointed that I now had to find someone else.

I understand how difficult it is to find a great service company, especially one to clean your home. Our service area is stated on our website (as it was when you purchased your Big Deal for services). We thought that by honoring that Big Deal and attempting to offer you a recurring schedule we were making extra efforts to assist you. It was my understanding that this was communicated to you verbally in the beginning. The decision to discontinue services to your home was not taken lightly. That is why we contacted you by phone, honored an additional appointment during the holidays, and offered you occasional services to help you with the transition. Because we strive for consistency with our arrival times and Cleaning Associate assignments, having a house outside of our area creates a situation where we would not be able to live up to that promise. That is why we could not continue to offer you recurring services. That offer still stands. If we can help you occasionally, we are just a phone call away. But also please reconsider your review rating. It seems that you did enjoy our Cleaning services but were merely upset that we could not continue to offer you services. Description of Work: There was a team of 2 who came in and did a great job. I was not able to stay the entire time they were here but the house looked great when we got home. Things were really clean, not just surficially. | |I am using them for bi-weekly cleaning and their rates are very reasonable and based on what they do or don't do, versus somewhat arbitrary. They are a very professional operation. This is the first time I have used anyone through Angie's List and my experience has been great so far. It saved me a lot of trouble.

The only thing I don't like is that I need them to clean my house every third week and they refuse to do that. They require every two weeks or every four weeks. Every two weeks is too often and four weeks is not often enough, so I am actually looking for a new home cleaning company.

Superior service overall. They do not continually change the person(s) they send into my home. I work alongside these ladies and they have learned my preferences and continually do things the way I like to have them done. Their manager comes out for "surprise" quality assurance inspections and makes suggestions about areas the team might do better. I have no complaints about the products they use in my home. I trust them and, after a year and a half, even consider them my friends (ask for April and Sue). They are sanity in a service.
Description of Work: As a middle-aged, busy mom I have been through at least four different housecleaning services in the past decade, but this is the only one I've stuck with more than a year. Handimaids has helped me clean my home every other week for the past year and a half.
