The maids were late both times they came to clean. I was given a window of time that they would arrive not a definite time. They missed many items that were specifically written down on estimate with owner. I contacted the owner about this, met with him again to go over what was missed. A maid was sent out to take care of those items noted.

It was fine. There were no additional charges. It looked fine when they were finished.

They were very good. I was very happy with them. They had 2 of them that came out here and the cleaning wasn’t 100% but I think it’s because they were probably exhausted with the mess I have. They are trustworthy and friendly and that’s a big plus. Neighbors around me may not have to file their services but I have had.

Every surface in the house was thoroughly cleaned. I struggled to find even a spot of dust or dog hair. That was another huge plus - my dog sheds A LOT and it is very difficult to stay on top of it. There wasn't a single hair anywhere after they were finished. That's enough for an automatic A+ in my book. The thorough kitchen and bathroom cleanings were just icing on the cake from my perspective. Everything was cleaned in a timely manner. Zero complaints.

We wanted the blinds vacuumed and there were clear instructions ahead of the appointment on doing that but they instead blew dust all over the house. Also the vacuum they used was old and did not work well. The service did not meet our expectations.

The house smells clean and their efforts are meticulous.

Intake was friendly, timely and w/o incident. Attention was detailed and organized during "walk-a-bout"to determine priorities and needs. Assigned workers arrived on time and went to work. One woman left early but other was most pleasant and stayed as promised. Woman who left early broke picture frame glass while "dusting". While "dusting", sconce in dining room was brought down (after 12 years hanging in same place).Same woman said it wasn't broken and that I could put it back up. It is a complicated item that I will have to wait on. Blinds in dining room were left open. Large picture above fireplace was left incredibly askew and I am afraid to fix it. I will need help. Cobwebs were left in a room by "duster". Admittedly house had not been detailed in a while but I had higher hopes for this cleaning. Pehaps it needs more work. Second floor wasn't touched, "not enough time". I must express my confusion at all the "damage" caused by "dusting" - with a dusting apparatus! I am of the opinion that items were not treated properly and rather. just swiped at, causing unnecessary movement of these items. In all I may have been overly optimistic but I am still dismayed.

They are fantastic, friendly, courteous, professional and everything sparkling when they leave. Any problems? They will be more than happy to redo if I ask them or do something extra if they have time.

They showed up when scheduled. The ladies that came out were very pleasant and thorough. My house is medium to large in size and I have 2 dogs. Needless to say, it can be a challenge to keep clean as my wife and both work. They did a good job and we were generally pretty pleased. I would have liked them to empty the small trash cans in the rooms that cleaned and they seems to miss the top edge of the upstairs tub. Those things were generally small and would not prevent me from hiring them again, or recommending them in the future.

I was very pleased. There were a few items that needed to be retouched, but they immediately took care of this with no pushback.

That service turned out great. Two house cleaners came out and they were here for a long time. They brought their own cleaning supplies. They cleaned the floors, bathroom, kitchen and general housecleaning. They were super, helpful, on time and got back with me. Everything went as smoothly as possible; I even hired them back.

They did a great job! We have a small house but we still paid the $159 for the Angie's List deal. But ti was worth it as they did a wonderful job of cleaning up the hair from our 8 rescued animals and my husband and I! Very clean staircase, fridge, base boards, bathrooms, and our disgusting couch is no longer disgusting! I plan to use them quarterly for this. Michelle came out to access the job prior and she is a true professional. Manager April was very responsive and Cathy and Jenny did a wonderful job.

After reading reviews, I decided to try this company for house cleaning. I called, left my name and telephone number on the voice mail and it is two weeks or more later and I still have not been contacted. Unfortunately, no service was provided because they did not want my business but did not have the decency to tell me they were too busy or they just didn't want to do it. Who knows why?

The service was professional and they did a good job cleaning my house for the time allotted. I thought the cost was good as a daily deal.

We really liked our experience with Hand-I-Maids. April was always easy to reach and work with. When we had an issue with one of our cleanings, it was very quickly addressed and I was pleased with how it was handled. They worked really well with our schedule, especially since we had in- home child care at the time and an infant nap schedule to juggle! I was sad when we moved out of their service area and would totally use them again!

They were very responsive by email and tried to accommodate our needs. However, in the end, we decided we did not need their service.

Held an initial consultation to discuss cleaning needs and priorities. Two ladies arrived, got right to work. I checked in with them several times during their 4 hour visit. They were engaged and busy. Did a great job cleaning house. Weren't able to clean all the areas we discussed due to time.

Very disappointed in our service. We bought the pre-paid offer which of course doesn't cover our sized house. We agreed on an additional sum to do the whole house. There were 2 ladies that showed up, as agreed. One of the two worked at a snails pace and it went about 3 hours longer than they thought it would. That would have been fine if the work was done well. A spring cleaning was advertised as a full house deep clean. I lost count of how many horizontal surfaces were not touched. Also, we were told that "we are a move and dust everything kind of company." Well, our book cases didn't get touched! Our intention was to hire them afterwards on a regular basis. No chance. We have had 4 different companies come out and quote since then and it was embarrassing that during our walk-thrus, each found additional huge dust areas that weren't touched as well as parts of our MASTER SHOWER that weren't even cleaned. Finally, we were supposed to also get a call the next day for a follow up on how it went and now we are 4 days out and I still haven't heard from someone. This was a borderline F grade and I am extremely unhappy right now!

Did A real good job ,and staff did a great job of follow up to make sure things went well.

We have a 5 bedroom 5 bathroom home they are consistent and very processional.

They are excellent. They are fair with their pricing. They are a family run business and are very professional. They are punctual, polite and their service is excellent. I cannot say enough good things about them. They screen their employees very carefully and have nothing but top-notch employees.

I called to schedule an estimate for a deep cleaning and ongoing service. We agreed on the date and the time. i took time off work to be home since the only times that have for appointments are during the work dayfor the appointment but no one showed up. When I called, they just said they had written down the wrong date. No offer to move things around to reschedule. Extremely disappointed

The spring cleaning provided was excellent. The two cleaners spent 4 hours and cleaned everything from top to bottom. We have hardwood floors and oriental rugs, and both were satisfactorily cleaned. The bathrooms have never looked so clean. The biweekly service has been equally satisfactory. They follow the special requests, follow regular instructions. The discussion of price and visit to the home before the first cleaning was very professionally organized.

They are very reliable and they do a clean job.
