I called Flinn's Rooter Service early in the morning and left a message that I had a clogged drain line from my kitchen sink that I would like to have repaired. Noah immediately returned my call and scheduled an appointment to access the problem. He arrived at the scheduled time, reviewed the situation and told me what it would cost to fix the problem. I agreed to have him do the work which involved going under the house and cleaning out the drain lines. The problem was corrected before noon time. Noah had an excellent attitude and was very responsive in performing the work in a timely and professional manner. I was extremely pleased with all aspects of the project and would highly recommend Flinn's Rooter Service to anyone needing to have drain problems corrected. I will definitely use him again if needed.

Initial contact was email to provider from Angie's website at about 2:00 am. As I was likely to be away from computer for some time, I included a cell phone number to contact me. I received a call and voice mail early that following morning, and set up an appointment for "12 - 2". Representative arrived at 1:00 pm (on schedule. He was professional and effective, and was done by about 3:00. All in all, very satisfied.

Firstly, I called a plumber that I used previously on this website and I told him the issue and he referred me to Flinn's Rooter Service. After looking at the reviews on the website, I decided to give them a call. I set up an appointment a few days later when I was off from work. I requested they give me a call to let me know the plumber was on his way. He did call and left a message on my answering machine in which he arrived during the stated time (8:30-9:00am). He used a machine to clean the pipes of clogs between the kitchen sink, dishwasher, and the washing machine. I also showed him that the metal pipes underneath the kitchen sink had to be replaced since they rotted off from using a wrench. He did have pvc pipes to connect back the kitchen sink. After he got done cleaning, I tested the sink, dishwasher, and washing machine in which it worked fine. Overall, it was a very smooth experience.

He was awesome... came to the house less than an hour after I called. Cleared 2 sinks that would not drain at all. Very professional. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Noah Ball was very responsive to our problem and came to fix it the day we called. He did a thorough job analyzing the problem, and fixed it with no problems. He was very professional and pleasant . We would certainly use his services again, and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

We moved into an older house recently and discovered badly clogged drains. Noah responded very quickly (an hour) to our distress call, unclogged and cleaned both drains. Work was done neatly, efficiently and professionally. He even gave suggestions about avoiding future problems. We would definitely recommend Flinn's service to anyone without hesitation. I called the day before and had an appointment scheduled for 8am the following morning. The plumber made it to my home right on time and was in and out within 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the prompt and courteous service that I received and I would most certainly use them again.

Noah Ball did a wonderful job of unclogging a seriously clogged basement drain. He was on time and easy to talk to. It took longer than expected but he was dealing with a major problem in a very old house with a very old drainpipe. He was focused and efficient and I got a 5% discount as an Angie's member. The price was reasonable counsidering the amount of work and special equipment needed.

Noah came to my house the same day I called and arrived few minutes earlier than scheduled. He was extremely respectful and professional. Unfortunately, after 45 minutes of looking for my Main line (I have an older house, and the crawl space was flooded at the time), he could not find it. Even though he could not find it, he did not charge me for his time, and recommended someone who works with the city. I respect those with high customer service and he showed a lot.

He was punctual, clean, courteous and successful! A pleasure to work with. This is repeat business for us and we have referred them to several others. A real keeper!

Noah was very nice, professional, and actually showed up *early* -- imagine that! However, he was unsuccessful trying to clear our kitchen sink drain line. He tried several different tools and concluded that the clog was far down the drain line near the connection to the main sewer line (which is about 20 feet downstream from the sink). He recommended calling a plumber who could open the line from under the house and forcefully clear it there. We took his advice and brought in master plumber Danny Mclean at Simplistic Water Solutions (another Angie's List favorite - he was great). After disassembling almost the entire drain line, it turned out that the clog was a mere two feet below the kitchen sink and that it was purely organic matter (e.g. not an artificial object). Which leaves me wondering... A rooter service that can't clear an organic clog two feet under the kitchen sink? Strange. To make matters worse, Noah charged his full $125 rate. I can understand charging for time/materials, but we were surprised a discount off the normal rate was not offered given the failed outcome.

Noah arrived on-time and was professional. He worked hard to resolve my problem and left everything clean.

I had recently had new bath plumbing fixtures and could not figure out how to get the drain cover off. Had I figured that out--it was very easy just needed the "know how", I would have been able to clear the drain myself. So, I was totally kicking myself for a $95.0 lesson in how to remove the drain cover. Plumber was professional and very polite.

Mr. Flinn was very informative and courteous. We had a situation where after running a load of laundry, the basement floor drain backflowed up into the basement. We tried the upstairs toilet and found the same situation. This was a late Sunday night. We found they had a good rating on Angie's List and called them in the morning. They came around 1pm and took a look at it and cleaned it out with the rotor thing. Then my husband had them look a kitchen line pipe we were having problems with. He determined the problem, something he couldn't help with but gave him a run down on what could be done to fix the problem. He was very nice and we would use him again if we get another major pipe clog.

Noah was immediately reachable by phone on Oct. 31. We scheduled an appointment for the next morning and he arrived right on time. He fixed our problem quickly and was immaculately professional. My "tidy man" husband was impressed that he didn't leave a trace behind- zero mess! His services cost us $125, which I think is about the going rate for this kind of thing. And believe me...it was worth it for us (especially since he fixed another plumbing issue while he was here). We were extremely impressed with this contractor and would absolutely recommend him.

Noah came out to repair a blocked drain and cleared up the blockage efficiently and in a timely manner. He prepared the area to keep the area clean and took time to clean up after the service. Flinn's Rooter Sevice responded quickly, within one day, called prior to arriving and was even early on the day of the service. I would definitely use them again.

Noah came to unclog the sink. He came and immediately went onto the roof. He was supposed to be there around ten, but he called to ask if he could come early. I agreed. He had to snake the drain and went about fifty five feet down. He resolved the problem and told me to call back if there were any other issues. I had a 5% Angie's List discount which he applied to the cost. He was fantastic and a very nice young man.

We called the service on thursday (09/29/2013) and left them a voicemail, afterwhich the service responsded in about couple of hours on the same day. They setup an appointment for friday with a 2 hour window, the service guy promptly showed up the next day and got on to the issue immediately. since this was a minor issue with the hair clogging in the drain, he did the job pretty quick and was honest in revealing that it was not a major issue, but still had to charge me a minimum of $105/=, which i didn't hesitate to pay, because he was prompt and honest.

Noah was wonderful. He was on time. He took great care of the house getting his equipment in. He worked diligently to fix the blockage and even had us run water all the taps in the house (bath and sinks) and flush the toilets repeatedly to see if it would block again - and when it did after about 10 minutes of testing - he worked on it again until the testing failed to reproduce the problem and then he guaranteed his work. It is so rare to find someone who does a great job - at a fair price - and backs up his work as well. Noah is on our list of people we suggest to others and people who we trust to do work in our house.

Noah actually showed up about 1/2 hour too early. he waited for us to finish other matters for about 15 minutes. He inspected the basement bathroom sink, the drainpipes, dishwasher & kitchen sink. House is a 1957 model with old iron pipes which he said will eventually have to be replaced. He explained the various short term and long term options. But rather than try to sell us on a big expensive job, he explained that he could replace the pipes, etc. expensive and time-consuming or he could work a machine into the drain "plug" area and he could clean it right out but that this fix would probably only last a couple of years until it had to be re-cleaned or the pipes replaced. Great news for us. I told him to go at it and if we needed to have him come back we would gladly pay for his services every couple of years! Nice, prompt, professional and informative. BTW, called them that a.m. @ 9 and he was able to be at the house @2p.m. that day. I highly recommend this service and Noah in particular.

Flinn's was recommended to me by another company. I was told they were responsive and very good at what they do - both things proved to be true. Noah was at my house within several hours of my call and handled the problem efficiently. He gave me helpful suggestions in looking at my options for the repairs that are imminent. He also offered to return and redo the work if we have any more trouble within the next 90 days. I'm very happy with the work and level of service and will gladly use them again.

Noah arrived promptly the next morning and cleared it within minutes.

He determined that the problem would entail much more significant work to our plumbing - work that was out of his expertise and beyond what his tools were designed to do. He did not charge us anything for his visit (he was here for over an hour working on the sink). We appreciate his honesty and professionalism.
