Description of Work: We had a backed up drain in our basement (the one connected to the washing machine). Noah cleared it in about 20 minutes. He's done work for us a few times and is always extremely responsive, professional, and efficient. He even looked at a leaky bathroom sink issue and quickly fixed it free of charge. Description of Work: We had a blocked toilet and a blocked kitchen sink erator. Noah arrived promptly, assessed the situation, which involved crawling into the crawl space and then flushed the system out, so that it was cleared all the way back down to the road. So far we have had no recurring problem. He was polite, he explained what he was going to do. He did not waste any time. Afterwards he explained what he thought was the cause of the problem. We would definitely use him again, and would recommend him to neighbors and friends.

Description of Work: They responded quickly, showed up as scheduled and quickly found and corrected the problem. The cleanup was excellent and the price was reasonable. I would definitely use them again.

We've contracted with him twice and he has been wonderful to work with both times. Our most recent clog happened on a Sunday, and he offered to come out right away. Since it wasn't an emergency, we had no problem waiting until the next business day. But we thought it was very kind of him to offer services immediately. Highly recommend!

Description of Work: We've been using Flinn's for years - since John Flinn ran the business! Their price seems to have gone up quite a bit, but I need to keep in mind how low the price has been for the many, many years we've used them. At any rate, they're responsive and friendly.

Description of Work: Our basement drain had overflowed following a load of laundry. Noah answered my call promptly on a Friday afternoon and assured me that he was happy to come on Saturday without an upcharge. He was consistently pleasant, explained the process from start to finish including questions about how fees are derived. Noah and his wife battled the Christmas Parade to cross Broad Street to get to our house. It took them under 1.5 hours to complete the job, and they cleaned up beautifully. We live in a home built in 1922, and John Flinn Rooter Service is now on our 'go to' list for excellent service. We will happily recommend him to neighbors.
