Description of Work: I used Five Star Maids for housecleaning service.

Description of Work: Had the girls for 2 extra cleanings in December, and they were a huge help, helping with windows and organizing.

Description of Work: Five star has been cleaning our home every 2 weeks since the April \ May 2012 time frame. The staff is courteous, professional and though. On the rare occasion that we have had questions or concerns about our service, the manager has been very pro-active even to the point of coming to our home to ensure she understood our question. She also periodically comes with her cleaning crew and cleans with them so she is very familiar with her clients. They always follow up after every cleaning to make sure we are 100% happy and always remind us before that an appointment is coming up in case we forgot or need to reschedule. I think is speaks volumes about this service that they do not require contracts and simply stated rely on there service for repeat customers. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: cleaned house. bought coupon on angies list. contacted company- we were told coupon was "expired" but they honored it. A four person crew spent an hour "deep" cleaning my house, which was in fact pretty disgusting. coupn was for $75 plus we tipped the crew. Don't feel like i could have the same people back even if i wanted to, i would like to find a service that i could have an ongoing contact with the same people. Probably will not not use there service again.

Description of Work: This cleaning service has been wonderful.. I always receive a phone call from the owner if a time or day needs to be changed. My wishes are always complied with. I receive email reminders and follow-ups to make sure things were done to my satisfaction. The crews did get off to a B rather that A start but I think the time of year was just too hectic for everyone and the crew must have been exhausted. Yesterday's cleaning was superb.
