Description of Work: First time went well. It was a great price with the introductory Angies special deal. Three people came (I didn't check green cards or immigration status) and did a good job in two hours. | |I had them come back a second time, only two people came this time, did a good job but cost more and rescheduled the time--they were scheduled one morning, I work in the afternoon, they wanted to come in the afternoon so they had to come two days later in the morning. Fair but not a great deal at the regular price.

Description of Work: They were 55 min late w/o a phone call - when I called I was told one of the crew was sick so they were running late. I left after showing the crew the house/layout and answering questions. I was told prior to appointment that it would take approx 2 hours and that was with a full crew of 3. When I arrived back home right at 2 hours they were gone. My house looked better before they came, the dust was smirred on furniture the glass/mirrors that were cleaned were streaked. Maybe half the items on agreement were performed and badly plus one room wasn't touched. Our house is 1750 sq. feet. I would hate to see the 3500 sq. feet houses that they clean. I was very disappointed. I joined Angie's list because my sister - inlaw swears by you, of course she lives in VA BEACH. My first 2 experiences haven't been very good.

Description of Work: Exceptional Job! We were moving into a vacant house and needed all woodwork, including inside/outside of extensive kitchen cabinetry - cleaned, etc. The 2-person crew worked hard and efficiently. They cleaned every surface, closet, drawer, nook&crannie and made the house ready for our move. Even my OCD Clean-Freak Mom was pleased! That speaks volumes! Late this month, we are out of our rental home and I've hired them to do the Move Out Clean .... Will definitely have them back at the new house!

 + -1 moreThey gave the house a relatively thorough cleaning. They dusted, vacuumed and washed the floors too. I thought that they did a very nice job. They were very professional and followed up with me. I've used them twice so I would use them again. I thought it was a fair price. They were very good about calling but they don't get to an agreement with you. They give you a kind of a window so it sometimes might be at 12 o'clock or 1 o'clock.

 + 1 moreI used a coupon from Angie's List. Even though I paid a cut price, the service was 125%. Two ladies came and worked every minute of 3hrs. They were nice and sweet to my dog and bird, not to mention putting up with me in the house the whole time. The house smells wonderful, everything is so clean. I only called them two days ago, explaining that my husband is asthmatic and we just had flooring tore up and the house was VERY dusty. They came out today, on a Saturday they don't usually work. They made feel comfortable and relaxed the entire time they were here. I have scheduled them for monthly cleaning now. I'm a customer for life!!!
Description of Work: They cleaned two bedrooms, office, two bathrooms, hall, stairs, kitchen, den and living room. They did the inside of windows, sills, blinds, fans and all surfaces. Disinfected both bathrooms and kitchen, even my microwave!! All floors, carpet and hardwoods.

 + -1 moreI got this maid service through Groupon so the price was right (half price) and they did a fairly thorough job. However, I had to remind them to dust the ceiling fans and do some other small things. It was explained to me that they do certain extras, like the windowsills and blinds, only for full paying clients. They were polite and efficient but because they gave me the "Groupon" service, I am not sure I would hire them again.
Description of Work: There were three maids and a supervisor, they came in and cleaned my whole house in under 2 hours.
