Description of Work: They sawed out and replaced some of the grout in our tiled shower. There were a few things about the experience that were troubling. First of all, I thought that the initial visit would be to look over the job, tell me what was needed, and schedule the repair. That was not the case. The workman came to my door to do the work. I was given not time to thoroughly clean before he got started, and I was told that the time he had to take to get grout to match what was in the shower would be counted against the 2 hours. In addition, He walked through the house with muddy boots - twice. The work was done well, and the owner was very good about returning calls to schedule the work and to send his workman back to tell me what he had done, but I was not happy with the overall experience.

Description of Work: I paid 99 bucks for 3 hours of work. I just had some caulking in the kitchen and each bathroom that had various gaps and needed redone. Arrived promptly, removed shoes without being asked, performed work very well, and at my request even offered to do patch up work where the caulking separated after drying. I have other work that needs done and am calling for an estimate today.

Description of Work: The offer was that I had 3 hours for electrical work. The person who came was punctual, friendly, and professional. I had 3 ceiling fans I wanted replaced; but didn't like the first of two (identical) fans once the first one was put up. So instead of replacing the second fan, I had some receptacles replaced, a floor fan made operational, and a floor-to-ceiling lamp worked on. He did all the work in a very personable, competent manner. His company doesn't only do electrical work; and I will be contacting them shortly about repairing my front stoop because, at long last, I am happy with how the whole job went.

Description of Work: Had to put a faucet in to the bathroom tub. took two weeks to get the appointment guess they were busy with their special. told the owner what I wanted done. When the plumber showed up on a friday afternoon at 5 pm he came in and said he would have to come back another week on a saturday afternoon and he had the right equipment to do the job this time. It was done in less than an hour. I was happy.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment. He asked me to e-mail him. I did so & got no response. I e-mailed him again and still no response. I called back & left a message- again no response. I will admit I waited till 3 wks. 3 days before the coupon expired but totaaly disappointed in my experience w/ the company.
