Cleaning by Carolyn LLC

Carolyn arrived on the agreeded date with one other person. They were in my home ‘cleaning” from 10:00 am until 2:20 pm. That evening the first thing I noticed was my kitchen counter tops had not been touched. The next day the photographer came to take pictures and I was cleaning each room before I could let her take pictures. When I explained to the photographer that I had hired someone the day before she couldn’t believe it. She insisted I take pictures, which I did. Baseboards were untouched, floors were not mopped, or swept in some areas. Doors were not cleaned. Kitchen cabinets were dirty (the bottom cabinets). It was very disheartening. I called Carolyn to give her an opportunity to make things right but she became hateful and refused to make it right. I would never recommend her to clean anyone’s home.

Carolyn was referred by a co-worker and she did an awesome job! She stopped by the house to give us an estimate on Monday and they came on Thursday afternoon to clean. Very professional and easy to work with. Accommodating when I did not need certain parts of the house cleaned (brand new carpets). Overall was a good experience and I would hire again.

I got their name from Angie's List, gave them a call and Carolyn came very soon to give me an estimate. Two woman came to clean and finished in about two hours. They brought their own cleaning supplies which pleased me. They also brought their own vacuum cleaner but I asked them to use mine because I have four cats and mine does such a good job of picking up cat fur that I preferred they use. That was not a problem. They also cleaned cat fur off the sofa and chairs and any other place the cats park. .

Carolyn's staff is professional, pleasant and thorough. I'm usually here when they are but trust that my belongings are safe if I need to be away. There are usually 2 people who come, sometimes 3. They all work together as a team to get the work done as quickly and thoroughly as possible. I use them routinely every 2 weeks. I have referred Cleaning by Carolyn to a number of people and have also provided phone recommendations to those who are considering using her services. I used a number of cleaning services in the past but wasn't totally happy. But I am totally happy with this service and will continue to use them.

Her name is Carolyn Malone. She trains her staff. They clean all the rooms and cabinets very thoroughly. They dust everything and clean the ceiling fans and sliding doors. They do it immaculately. I don't have to be behind them. I've been using them for several years after going through a number of house cleaners that I was not happy with. They come routinely every other week. Their price depends on the size of the house and the number of bathrooms. They charge me when they come out. I'm totally happy with the service. I would highly recommend them. I have no complaints at all.
