Description of Work: They replaced flashing between our chimney and roof where separation had occurred due to house settling over the years. They were prompt and professional and did a great job, completed the work when they said they would and would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

Description of Work: Keith from C L Wright Roofing replaced roof trimming that had blown off during a storm, replaced shingle, installed and gutter helmet for the entire gutter system. He was courteous, on time and completed all work expeditiously. All work materials were cleaned up and removed, and we are very pleased with the work.

Description of Work: They put a new roof, new gutters and downspouts after Hurricane Irene. They also removed a tree that was leaning too close to the home. Luckily, we had homeowners insurance. They had actually replaced the roof in January, so we had them back out to repair the hurricane damage.

Description of Work: Mr Wright came to give me an estimate about 4 weeks ago, and then just didn't follow up as promised with helping me to get some of the roof shingles to GAF to see if they were defective, or give me a written estimate to fix the whole roof, which I need to send to the original builder. Our state agency requires that we give a written description, and an estimate for repairs to the original builder, and it is certainly needed to file a report with them. He shouldn't be telling people he will help them out if he won't and refuses to call back. I am a perfectly normal customer with a normal situation. He lied to me, and advised me to lie to a company about the extent of the defects present.

Description of Work: Charles came up last year and gave us the most professional and competative estimate to replace our cedar shake roof. They came when they said they were going to come, installed the roof professionally and timely, and cleaned up nicely when they were done. They had the best communication with any issue we had and Jo Anne Wright (co owner) was always on top of things. And when we had a small issue with a small damage incident, they paid for it, no questions asked. Recently, when Hurricane Irene came through, a large double tree fell on my mothers house. I called Jo Anne, and asked if they could put an emergency tarp on her house, as the rain water was flowing into the house. Even thought they were extremely busy with other damage issues, they spent a whole day looking for a large tarp, which were hard to find, found one and put in on my mom's house that day. This is a great company and everyone should at least call them for an estimate if they need any roof repairs or replacement. You don't get service like this anymore!
