Not sure who you are Mr. [Member Name Removed], but if you called within the last 3 weeks, we have unfortunately, had to not accept additional service request due to the excessive rain we have received and this was what would have been explained to you at the time you either called or contacted us through the website. At the time of the beginning of 3 weeks of rain, we were already scheduling estimates 2 weeks out and with the loss of days being able to work, it put us essentially 5 weeks out and we are having to not accept additional request to allow us time to catch up from all the rain. We are a small company and my husband, Charles Wright is the only person that does estimates. We DO NOT use sales people. We were already scheduling into January on repairs and again the 3 weeks put us back on that as well. We do estimates and repairs etc. in the order that we receive them. If this is the time frame you contacted us, either by phone or through Angies List message center, then I am sorry that you lack the ability to understand what was explained to you. If it was prior, then I have absolutely no clue what you are talking about because this is the first time EVER in 30 years that we have had to do this. Jo Anne Wright

Description of Work: They replaced the roof on my son's house. The proprietor himself examined the property and provided a written estimate on the spot, along with a full explanation of the work to be done. He answered all my questions. He offered to patch the roof temporarily for no additional charge if the wait for full re-roofing should turn out to be more than a few days. This was unnecessary, as the work was indeed scheduled within the week and completed in one day. The company did all they said they would do, promptly and carefully. Mrs. Wright, who handled all arrangements that I made by phone, was very friendly and efficient.

Description of Work: I had the roof replaced and they did a great job installing and cleaning up afterward. The job time and price was exact and I was very pleased with the resulting roof. The only issue I had was the removal of my existing fan before our scheduled appointment.

Not sure why the B's since you did not actually write a review, but I can only assume it was due to the length of time you waited for an estimate and for the actual installation. My husband, Charles Wright, the owner of the company, does all the estimates. We do not use Salesman so he is generally scheduled out in advance a week or two. Our gutter installations are generally scheduled out 3 months in advance. You are given an appointment date and time from the initial contact and after receiving the proposal, you were given an installation date in writing and verbally. We are fortunate so sell the Rain Pro System and to have so many customers willing to wait for our services. Again, Thank you for allowing us to help you!
