Mr. Wright and the entire crew are very professional and customer oriented. The company is long-established in the Richmond area and gets top reviews. They did a great job on our roof and cleaned up the area well. We would recommend them to anyone.

The work was done as scheduled, we have no complaints.

It went very well. I arranged a date/time for them to come out and look at my needs and provide and estimate. They gave me a date and time and showed up punctually and ready to take a look at my needs. The estimator assessed what was needed in non-tech terms along with a estimate. No up-selling or tech talk. His attention to detail was evident when he noted I will need skylights with stain grade interior trim as my window boxes are stained pine. I had not even thought of that. Come to find out most now come with white coated trim. From this I knew he was thinking about what the needs of my situation.. The offer was reasonable and I signed that day and later that day was given an install date by the office. About 2 days later the office called to let me know that stain grade skylights were special order and gave me a revised install date, along with the name of the technicians who will be performing the work. I had no problem as I would non-stock skylights to take longer. On the day of install came the techs showed up on-time and ready to go. They were professionals and did a great job. The skylights and chimney flashing look great. I have had some storms since then without any leaks. Upon install the lead tech found some deck damage and did what was needed. He stated he has some authority to make decisions related to on-job discovered/unseen damage. Empowered employee's such as this one make it easier and quicker to resolve things as they come up. They left the site clean. And most telling to me was that with my payment confirmation CL Wright Roofing was thoughtful enough to send along the Guarantee pamphlet for the my Velux skylights . This is a nice gesture as the windows do come with a 10 year and having paperwork on that is invaluable to me as the buyer. It was a total pleasure working with CL Wright estimator, techs, and office. They were all very pleasant and always did what they said they would. I was very pleased with all the work performed by C. L. Wright Company, and would hire them again without hesitation! I wish they did all types of work and repairs on homes, because they would be my go to for ALL. It was a pleasure dealing with both Mr. and Mrs. Wright, as well as their work crews. I love the new roof and gutters. I believe their prices are very reasonable, and they deliver a high quality product and great customer service.

The crew did an excellent job. They showed up at the scheduled day and time. We have a lot of gables on our house so it was 4 day job. At the beginning of each day the crew laid down tarps to minimize debris falling from the roof into my landscaping and they cleaned up at the end of each day. JoAnne and Raymond were very responsive, quickly getting back to me about any questions that I had. The new roof looks great; we're very pleased with the result.

The performed replacement on time, repaired some roofing at no extra charge. Estimate was 35% less than another Angie's roofer.

The work was done on schedule & for the price quoted, except for a small additional charge for replacing a few support boards, which I appreciated.

Many problems. Leaks (3 times), ripped acreens, discoloration, skylight damage and siding damage requiring repair before selling home. They were cheap, but not worth it. Many issues. They fixed most, but became surly and blamed us for some of their problems. We used them twice. Once was okay, the second was a fiasco; would not use again

C.L. Wright Roofing did exactly what they promised. our roof was replaced in Jan 2017 and our gutters in April 2017. everything was done on time. they did an excellent job.

Wonderful company. Every person that I dealt with was professional and extremely customer service focused. C L Wright was recommended in our neighborhood and I see now, for good reason. We had a storm come through that blew off a 3'x3' section of the old roof a week before CL Wright was supposed to come out. I called and they immediately sent someone over to cover the exposed area. I'd happily refer them to friends or anyone with roofing or gutter needs. They go above and beyond for their customers and their pricing is more than fair. A++

The company's representatives were extremely professional. The quality of their work was outstanding. The owner and the on-site supervisor communicated very well and were very responsive. The overall cost was very reasonable.

They arrived on the appointed day and finished in a timely fashion. The shingling looked great and they worked with another contractor to redo the roof of a screened porch, which was under construction with no difficulty... They used the shingles which were selected at the time of contracting and they matched perfectly. They redid all the flashing around the roof and it is a pleasure to behold.

Everything was really well done and professional. The estimate was easy. They had to schedule quite a ways out, but they showed up when they were supposed to. They explained what they had done. Overall, it was a great experience.

All repairs and installation went extremely well, and was completed in less time than I thought it was going to take. An indication to me how experienced with the tasks that had to be done.

The job took 6 fall days; the crew totally self sufficient and did a terrific job. They were very efficient, polite, and they cleaned up beautifully. They used a magnetic roller all over our driveway, sidewalk, steps, and yard to remove all the nails. i highly recommend this company.

Very professional, crew did an excellent job of protecting the surfaces/plants, as well as cleaning up after the work. Finished in about 3 days for about 70 square and 5 skylights.

The work was done in one day. They cleaned up all of the debris. My roof is beautiful now!

CL Wright provided an estimate within one week of our first communication. The estimate document included full product specs, warranty information, insurance certificates, and safety rating documentation. In addition, the estimate was very thorough and detailed in inclusions/exclusions to help set expectations. The job was scheduled for several months out due to their availability. However, CL Wright sent a crew member to my house to temporarily patch a couple of leaks that I already had, at their own expense. The crew arrived to perform the project on time, and the foreman spent some time with me to lay out the job and the process. The work was performed safely, in about 2 1/2 days. At the end of each shift, the crew was meticulous about cleaning the area and storing their tools and equipment safely. During the work, they were very respectful of my furnishings around the roof. They were also very nice and friendly, and extremely professional. Most of all, though, they worked on my home as if it were their own. Last but not least, the total cost from CL Wright, including replacement decking and similar product and warranty, came in just below two other quotes that I received.

The price was fair, comparable to other quotes I got. They are a smaller company, his wife answers the phones and his brother was on site for the job. They told me it would be 3 months before they could get to it. They showed up on the day they quoted me and knocked it out. In addition to what I hired them for I had a flat roof that needed repair. I did not have them do it because that quote was higher than others I received.

We waited 3 months for this company. The crew was quiet and professional. The crew supervisor, Keith, came by twice daily and addressed questions. They worked long days 7:30 am & 6:30 pm. And the finished product looks beautiful. Worth the wait!
