They came out the same day that we called them. It is a sizeable amount of money to replace the skylight. They are pretty good and seem to know what they are doing. They were very responsive and professional.

Water was forming on the inside of the roof and dripping inside my attic. I called C.L. Wright Roofing and asked for someone to come look at my attic to diagnose the moisture problem I was seeing. We set an appointment for a few days out and Mr. Wright, the owner, arrived on time to look at my problem. He was very courteous, knowledgable and after looking at the attic and climbing up on the roof, suggested that the best next step would be to try a powered attic fan. We talked at length about several possible causes - and he said that he would call with an estimate. I didn't hear anything for 2 weeks, so I called to get the estimate - but had the estimate and proposal by email in a few hours. I faxed back my acceptance and that afternoon scheduled a date for installation. After several weather-related delays - the installation was done on the first possible snow-free day. The man who installed the fan was very friendly, courteous and communicative. I wasn't present, but my wife really liked him because he was more than willing to talk to her about what he was doing. Considering the unusual weather delays (snow and more snow) the way Jo Anne kept in contact with me by email for scheduling, made the project pretty much stress free. She was always right back to me about the scheduling process and answered any questions I had very quickly and helpfully. There were no suprises with the billing and I was very happy with the results. Everyone from the company was excellent to work with. I look forward to working with them again - if I have a roofing problem.

Mr. Wright met with me and gave me a very detailed list of what they would do, and what various options would cost. The cost would have been $700 less, for example, if I had chosen other shingles. (We chose the high-detail, life-time warranty shingles.) He gave me the names and address of a 100 or so of his other customers, so I could contact them. The entire project only took about 10 hours, separated into two days because of rain. There was little inconvenience to us. (We had to move our cars out of the driveway.) Mr Wright is an expert of roofing and ventilation. I contacted other roofers, but they were either more expensive or seemed less knowledgable (or both).

My experience with Charles, Jo Ann, and their crew was great. Charles did the evaluation and gave me a thorough estimate leaving no questions unanswered. Jo Ann gave a follow-up call a couple of weeks later to check in on my decision. There was no pressure to choose them which is great. When I did decide, Jo Ann didn't give me a bogus time frame. She explained that they were running behind because of all the bad weather and that it might be 4 weeks before they could start. I believe a week later, she called and said they would be out to my house the following week! When Buster and his crew came out, they were early and did a professional job making sure to take care of my house. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Great experience; they performed all functions on time from the estimate through installation and clean-up. They kept me informed of any additional items. They are a great reliable company and I strongly recommend.

I am very pleased with the finished product. I called several roofing companies and Charles was the most down to earth and knowledgeable person I talked to. I knew immediately after meeting with him that I was going to select his company. I just had a good feeling that he would do everything correctly. He worked up a complete estimate the day I called he inspected my roof and he was the only person that noticed that I had a shed that would need shingled as well, which shows his attention to detail. I was also impressed that he added some extras free of charge (a rain diverter above the front steps and free gutter guards with purchase of gutters). I also have to give some credit to his wife for keeping me in the loop and being very knowledgeable. I have one very minor complaint, but nothing to do with their craftsmanship. I had talked to the crew about straightening my chimney cap (which was installed by another company crooked) and they forgot to do it. I would recommend this company to anyone and am confident that you will not regret choosing CL Wright.

It went really well and I was very pleased with them. They were extremely professional. The owner came out to do the work. The work was done in a timely manner. I had to call back to rectify something and they were very responsive with it and they came out and fixed it. We had to reschedule because of weather but they were able to finish within a couple of days.

Armed with a good rating from Angies List, I called the top 3 companies as well as one I which had been recommended by friends. C.L. Wright was not the cheapest, but I was very impressed with the professionalism of Mr. Wright (who came out and provided the estimate) and his wife (who runs the office). They worked with me on setting up a date for the work, and showed up right on time. Mr. Wright was there the first day, and introduced me to the foreman and on-site manager. The foreman came every morning and evening, and the on-site manager was there the whole time. They had a 5 man team who had obviously worked together a lot. They got started immediately on the horse barn and worked quickly. My biggest concern with horses was the random nail that didn't get picked up. I conveyed this to everyone, and it was clear that they understood and took great pains to be sure that all nails were picked up. The only problem the first day was that the materials arrived late, but they still were able to finish the barn in one day as planned. The 2nd and 3rd days were spent on the house, and that work also went flawlessly. At the end of each day, they cleaned up all the debris and left the work site free of clutter. Bottom line - a very positive experience, and I would recommend C.L. Wright highly.

This family company takes a personal interest in its cllients. In addition to the estimate (he discovered there were two layers, not one), I had phone calls and emails. Everything was explained with a positive attitude. The crew was there on time, covered up work for second day, and cleaned up. I received a thank you note, which was nice. Work was guaranteed for materials and labor. Recommend for roofing job.

The team sent to do the work was on time, performed all of the work in one day, and left the yard so clean you would never have known the roof hod been stripped and replaced.

Very good. Gave best price first. Other four estimates were "fishing" for a higher price. This is a family business. The owner stays with you through completion.

Great. Mr. Wright kept his appointment for the estimate on time. He had a businesslike appearance. He presented and explained a brochure covering the details and options of the job. When the crew arrived, they covered the shrubbery to protect it from falling debris, replaced the roof in an efficient manner, and cleaned up the mess. I would give Mr. Wright and his company the highest recommendation.

They were on time with their appointment for the estimate. On time for the work and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. Went out of their way to answer questions.

The team did a great job in very difficult weather conditions. Quality of the work was first rate and clean-up was excellent. The price was also extremely competitive. Extremely happy with the job.

Joanne and Charles Wright are great. They were always very nice and helpful. The workmen were on time and worked all day long. They cleaned up all mess. I would definitely hire them again. People comment on how great my roof and gutters look.

The roofers completed the job in the two days they alloted. There were five to seven people on the job at various times. They worked diligently, taking few breaks. I have only two minor complaints. I found two nails in my driveway - probably because they moved the work truck in the driveway while they will still cleaning up and the truck may have been over the area where the nails were. I've learned over the years to always check the driveway for stray nails after any work has been done. The second complaint is that a small section of my vinyl siding had about 30 black scuff marks on it, I assume caused by falling roofing material during the removal process. After trying several different products like Clorox wet wipes and Formula 409 to remove the marks and having little success, I tried Goo Gone, which removed the marks very easily. If this had not worked I would have called the company and asked them to come out and remove the scuff marks, which I'm sure they would have done. I didn't notice the scuff marks until about a week after the job was completed because they were on an inconspicuous area of the house.

All I can say is the husband and wife run this business like a well oiled machine. We selected them through Angie's List.

I got three prices and chose C L Wright Roofing out of them. They were on time and very professional. They were really good with the clean-up too, and I was pleasantly surprised. They were just excellent and did a really good job.

Company worked with me and my preferences; had good supervisors and crew who did a great job including a thorough clean up; very responsive, returning phone calls and answered questions; as well as presented very professional- Charles offered suggestions in placement of downspouts and generally was very helpful, coming back to review work and making minor corrections.

After obtaining several references from friends and co-workers, we checked Angie?s List to confirm what we had been told. From the initial contact with the C. L. Wright Roofing Company, Inc. office for the scheduling of the estimate?to the completion of the new roofing replacement?the customer service was the best we have ever experienced with any contractor. The work was done by skilled workers in a timely manner?when they said they would do it. What a concept! Due to damage caused by squirrels and wood bees, our home also required some additional repairs to the rake and eave fascias. Since the roof replacement had gone so smoothly, we had no hesitation in having the additional work performed by the C. L. Wright Roofing Company, Inc., too. As with any reroofing job, and especially one involving the removal of a shake roof, nails were an issue for a few days?but the repeated magnet ?sweeping? of the driveway and yard by the C. L. Wright Roofing Company, Inc. completed the project. We couldn?t be happier with our new roof and know that we picked the best company in the area to do the work.

Mr. Wright replaced all of the plywood and installed an insulated and slightly-pitched roof so water will now drain into the gutter instead of pooling on the roof. The entire job took only one day. Since I am a busy professional, Mr. Wright took digital pictures throughout the job. There was no need for me to take a day off work. I felt completely comfortable, even though I wasn't there in person. Mr. Wright called throughout the day to provide updates. I was very impressed and would highly recommend this company.

They were very prompt in returning call for initial estimate and estimate done within one day. Very detailed estimate and information on the products to be used. Mr. Wright did the estimate and he was the only one to get on top of the roof to inspect it as part of the estimate. Work began when specified and done when expected. Overall very pleased. The crew did use my wheelbarrow and my extension ladder without asking but that was no big deal. Final cost was higher than estimate but that was expected as number of additional plywood sheets to repair damage was not know at time.

We are extremely satisfied with our new roof and gutters. Charles was able to identify the builder of our home and pointed out that the builder had typically installed crown molding instead of facia board. Charles offered suggestions, provided a very detailed estimate, and explained everything that would need to be done. The work began approximately 2 weeks after signing the contract and was completed in one week. Communication was excellent during the job. Jo Anne called me to let me know that several sheets of plywood had some rot and needed to be replaced. Everything was done as promised and when promised. The crew left our yard in immaculate shape with no signs of construction debris.
