Job went well. Company & crew were very professional. They even came back to add some caulk around the outside of our dormers, which they did not have to do. They are aces in our book!

They arrived on time and fixed the roof with no problems. I've had no problems since then. The job took a little less than a day. In connection with cleaning my gutters, they assumed that my gutters were uncovered, but the gutters actually have metal screens on top of most of them. I was not happy with the job that was done because the screens were not put back properly and debris was left in the gutters. I phoned to complain about the job done. They said that if they had known about the screens, they would not have quoted $55 for the job. Because I was not happy, however, they did not charge me for the work. It would have been best if they had either asked about the gutters or I had volunteered the information, but they handled the situation with integrity.

Mr. Charles Wright was very prompt and well prepared for our initial visit for an estimate with brochures and examples of the material he would be using and copies of his contractor license, insurance certificate, etc. We set the dates for installation of the roof and gutters. His crew showed up on time and started working. We had a huge downpour of rain that they worked through until it was obvious it wasn't going to let up. They were back the next morning early and proceeded to finish the roof install. When they were done, you would have never know they were there. The cleanup was that good. The following day the gutters were installed (they are RainPro) and I love them. The gentleman was prompt anddid a great job and was very hard working (never stopped). All of C. L. Wright's people were very hard working and showed up on time and were very easy to work with. I must add that Joann Wright is another asset of this Company. She is very personable, informative and knowledgable of her staff and product. If there was any type of question, she was always available. A great group of people to work with.

Arrived promptly to provide estimate, called to schedule install, promptly performed work when permitted.

Wow. Very good experience. Mr. Wright gave me a written estimate up front after measuring and looking at the roof for about 30 minutes. When they came and did the work a few weeks later, everything was done by a crew within a couple days and there were no surprises and no delays. The only change in the initial price was a little more to replace several damaged boards in the roof, but that is all described in the written estimate and I was ok with it and expecting it because the home inspector had found some old water damage when I bought the house.Its been almost a year since the roof was replaced. No leaks and the roof looks great. My ranch house has a roof that looks like a roof that would be on a much more expensive house.I have also used CL Wright to replace my gutters and install additional ventilation in the attic. I'm very happy with those jobs too.

Gutters and downspouts replaced with larger models to handle excessive rain runoff on parts of roof with large surface area. All work was done as contracted and scheduled. Company representatives were courteous. Initial work lacked one component but, when reported, the company had someone stop by and complete the work.

The work was completed in one day and went exactly as was explained during the estimation process. The crew was professional and were careful not to damage the shrubs. The site was carefully cleaned up after completion of the project. The quality of the work is great, and the customer service has been superb. I appreciate the effort to explain all the details and costs during the estimation process. I had three estimates done and Mr. Wright's was the best. Overall I am very happy with the results and will be using C.L Wright Inc. for any future roofing work.

I did three bids and C. L . Wright was the least expensive. They scheduled the work on a good sunny day and it took them a day and half to do the entire job. They put roof vents in the appropriate places. Then there were torrents of rain after they finished the job and there was not a leak. They built everything to code.

Mr Wright came out to the house initially for an estimate. He arrived on time and spoke with me about the work I needed done. He described the services he would perform and provided me with a written estimate after surveying the house completely. He also gave me materials to help in selecting my roofing materials and explained the options available to me. The cost quoted was a little bit higher than another estimate I had received, but Mr Wright proposed a more thorough job including more rubber membrane material in some problem areas and better shingles as well. I later called and spoke with Mrs Wright to confirm that I would accept their proposal. She was able to place me on their work schedule at that time. They could not get to my job for about 3 weeks due to their existing backlog, but that was ok for me since I really did not have an emergency situation. On the day before the job was scheduled Mrs Wright called to let me know that the crew was running a little bit behind on their prior job due to the extreme heat we had been experiencing. It has been 98 degrees and very humid the day before, and she explained that the crew had needed more frequent breaks and rest than normal on the prior job. She told me they would be at my house around lunch on the scheduled day. The crew did arrive around lunch and began work straight away. It was still very hot outside, and the team was only able to get a small part of the work done that day. The foreman came and spoke with me and explained the situation, saying that they expected much better weather the next day and that they would work hard to catch up on time. This was a little bit inconvenient for me as I had decided to stay home from work while the job was being done, but I could not really in all fairness blame them. The conditions were pretty poor to be working up on a hot roof. He asked if they could begin work very early, 6 AM the next day, to which I agreed. The crew did arrive bright and early at 6 AM on day two. The weather was much cooler, and the crew began to make great progress. I was slightly concerned because during the day some members of the crew came and left - I think that they were needing to go and begin or finish some other jobs because their schedule was still a bit out of whack from the heat earlier in the week. Dispelling my concern, core members of the crew worked hard until late that day, around 8 PM, to finish the job. By the time they left all of the roof work had been completed and they had begun some of the cleanup. One of the crew spoke with me and let me know that because it was getting dark they really could not do a good job finishing the cleanup and that they would be back first thing in the morning to wrap up. True to their word, as I left the house to go to work the next morning several guys were in my yard working on cleanup. They did a good job getting up all the nails, felt paper, and broken shingles that stripping off the old roof had generated. When I arrived back home and took a look around I could find hardly a sign of what had gone on the past few days - the cleanup job was very thorough. My new roof looks great, and I have confidence that it will hold up well and last a long time based on what I saw of the materials and installation job the crew did. Mrs Wright called me and let me know that if I had any problems with the work performed including the cleanup that I should call right away and that they would send someone out to make sure that I was happy.

They were wonderful. I would not prefer anyone else other than CL Wright Roofing Co. They do very good work. They are very reliable. They gave us very good advice for the problem that we have faced. They are very good people. I would rate them high overall. Their price was excellent. The quality of work was excellent. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

The repairman arrived on time. We reviewed the work, he quickly and neatly did the work. I observed the coating on the roof & the repairs to the gutter. He also cleaned the roof and gutter covers as included in the work order. The repairman was polite, clean and neat. I will use C.L. Wright Roofing for any future roofing needs.

It went perfect. A very quick contact and meeting with Mr. Wright being very punctual. I was not pushed into particular project I just wanted a solution to a attic that needed more ventilation. This was a low cost roofing solution that went perfectly.

Bam. Done. A few weeks later, in one of those 100 yr deluges, I developed a leak in another area. Called Wright. Bam. Quick, professional & just plain nice to work with. I wouldn't have anyone else.

Promptly at 8:30 arrived - advised they were working (dropped 1 man off to do work - other left and came back. Was a 1 man job. Very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. Only comment - Org cost quoted $ 825 but then got on job & found issues so cost went up to $1575 - because they didn't realize flashing needed. Not sure why this wasn't originally quoted. So far pleased at installation.

The Wright family were very responsive. Mrs. Wright scheduled a meeting for Mr. Wright to give us an estimate very quickly. He arrived on time and provided a quick but thorough estimate. Mrs. Wright called us within two business days to set up the appointment. The roofers arrived on time and completed all the work that day. They returned on time the next morning to remove all the debris and even removed the extra stacks of our old shingles. The new roof looks FANTASTIC! Thanks to the Wrights, their team and the new roof, we can start working on improvements to the interior without worrying about leaks!

1. Charles Wright did the estimate and provide us with different options and cost. Charles has more then 17 years in in the roofing business. 2. We also bided the project (same shingles and warranty) to two other roofing companies that were on Angie's list. C.L. Wright was the winning bid and saved us about 10% from the high bidder. 3. The work started and finished as scheduled and was completed in 3 days. Shrubs, lawn and etc. were protected and clean-up was thorough. 4. I was available to observe the workmanship during the entire project. I did not see any short cuts or poor workmanship. The wood that was damaged did need to be replaced. 5. The crew was respectful, hard workers and used no bad language. Mostly hispanic, but was able to comunicate in English. I would be satisfied to have them do other work in the future. 6. The supervisor for the job visited the job and was available by phone. Never had any problems. 7. C.L Wr;ight complete all the requirements for the warranty documentation which we received from the manufacture with in a month. They follow through and did what they said they would do. I am very satisfied that I selected C.L. Wright to do the reroofing and very please with the work.

They did a nice and neat job. They were on time. They did what they said they were going to do and when they said they were going to do for a good price. I was very pleased with their service. They were a bit busy when I contacted them, so I had to wait a little longer than I wanted to.

Professional process from beginning to end.

A supervisor and 4 man crew arrived as scheduled. The four men worked hard, long and well. Finished in slightly less than two days. The company was chosen on Angie's list recommendation - and performed excellently. I am well satisfied! God Bless Them!

It was done fast and well; couldn?t find a left over nail or shingle. Joanne is very responsive.

Initial installation of ridge vent did not meet our expectations, but this company responded immediately and fixed the problems. I got up on the roof to inspect their work. Overall, it seemed conscientious and thorough, although there were a couple of places where there was some cosmetic sloppiness, but it was minor. Always, I dealt with a single point of contact, Mrs. Wright, and she is knowledgeable, no-nonsense, and courteous. I am the maintenance coordinator for the two buildings owned by the townhouse association, and if all contractors were like C. L. Wright, my job would be a lot easier. That being said, don't expect perfection from C. L. Wright.

The job took 2 days and was efficiently completed. The estimate and pricing were competitive, and I was very satisfied with the completed work.
