I moved into a new house that needed gutters installed. After receiving several quotes, Mr. Wright separated himself by taking the time to explain exactly what he would be doing, why it would be set up a certain way, and what the advantages were of his product. He went into far more detail than anyone else, which made me much more comfortable with the process. Ultimately, for approximately the same cost as the other quotes that I received, I was getting a superior product, which the other companies quoted several hundred dollars higher for, and with CL Wright, these products were standard. Scheduling was simple and Ms. Wright stayed in constant contact to keep me updated on the installation, and was also quick to answer any questions I had. The install went off without a problem and didn't even require anything from me. Each day I came home and it was clear the progress that had been made. Top to bottom, great service, great product, and the finished look is exactly what I wanted. Will definitely call them should any future gutter/roof repairs be needed.

Arrived on time 9am; started on task and completed the job by 4:30 pm! Including clean up! They were great!!

They did really well. They really did good work, the price was good, and when we had questions, they replied promptly. He did come back when we had one little spot that we had questions about, came back and fixed it right away.

Some problems getting them to come w/o quote. Cancelled first time and they never called back. Lengthy scheduling time. Pleased with workmanship and price.

Very professional and pleasant two work with. Charles was patient and knowledgeable when giving our estimate and we appreciate the senior discount. Joann sent an email to us the week before the roof was to be installed explaining what would be happening and introducing the lead foreman and field supervisor and provided phone numbers to call if we had questions at any point in the process. Raymond (supervisor) checked in several time and was very pleasant and knowledgeable. The roofers stayed late to complete the job in one day. All in all a very positive experience.

The owner, Charles Wright, came out to provide me with a written estimate. He took his time, explained to me all the details and offered suggestions on the types of shingles as well as the color of the shingles that would best compliment my brick exterior.. He was professional. His wife Jo Anne was professional as well and sent me follow up emails explaining everything. The work was done as proposed, on time and at the price quoted. They cleaned up afterwards. And the roof looks fantastic! Thank you Jacob, the Field Supervisor, for taking the extra time at the end to wire the new power vents. Excellent job. Thank you.

I hired this company to clean my gutters this week based solely on the Angie's listing.When I came home from work, there was a "C.L.Wright Roofing" business card in my door with a message on back "Cleaned gutters." Upon walking around the house, I literally can see the plants there still growing in my gutters on the back side of my house. Nope, did not clean the gutters. The owner, Charles Wright, came around the next day to see for himself that they were not clean and told me he would find out what happened with this "technician" he sent to do the job. I do not know what happened, they never told me, he sent someone back to clean the gutters yesterday. I really do not trust that they did a good job, if I had a ladder I'd see for myself. Angie's list, please pay more attention to the companies you recommend to people.

Keith Brown was on time, but did not have enough time to finish the job Wednesday and he returned on Saturday to finish the job.

The team was extremely responsive and timely with the initial consultation. The repairs were scheduled and executed very quickly and thoroughly. Throughout the process I found Charles and the entire team to be knowledgeable and honest, limiting the work to what truly needed to be done given the age of the roof. Will definitely recommend, and will be at the top of my list when it's time to re-roof.

Had used Charlie before for repairs. His good service prompted me to call him when I finally needed replacement roof.

Installer came out on time. Worked 2 days in coldest weather of the year. Did a good job.

These guys took a while to come out and give me an estimate (3 weeks). Unfortunately they said in an email that I needed a whole new roof. And it took them a long time to come out. The weather wasn't great, but it was extremely hard for them to schedule me in. It sounds like they have only one person that does the estimates, that's too bad that they are unable or willing to bring on additional quality people into their organization and keep the same level of quality. They did communicate over email and phone. If you are in a time crunch like us (selling our home) you may want to look else where.

Both times he and his crew have responded to an issue I thought I had but told me I do not have a roof problem. You have to trust someone who is truthful. The first time, he did not charge me. The second time he charged only a trip fee but still reinforced parts of roof joints with roof caulking, just for certainty. I will continue to call on him for roof repairs.

Technician arrived on tome and performed work as detailed in estimate. Technician was very professional and courteous.

From the beginning to the end, C. L. Wright and their staff were top notch professionals. For the estimate, they arrived on time, examined the area which needed repair, explained the work needed to complete the repair and the materials which would be used to be complete the repair. He even recommended I research the quality of the new skylights online to see if they are top quality skylights. I had had surgery performed on my neck the day prior to the his arrival, and when I received the appointment schedule for the repair, I was surprised to see the e-mail closing with well wishes for a speedy recovery from my surgery. That spoke volumes to me. They not only want your business but they also care for their clients. Their staff arrived on time and we were introduced to Jacob, who again, reviewed the pending repair and the materials they were going to be using. Jacob provided us with updates frequently as they progressed through the job, which kept us at ease. They cleaned the area when the job was completed, which in our experience, has seldom happened. I would recommend C.L. Wright to anyone for all their roofing needs. I would definitely use them again.

They gave us a good quote, showed up on time and did a quality job.

They are great. Joanne the owners wife is great she calls back right away. I recommend them to everyone. They call and check on you. They send a thank you card after the work has been completed, they are very professional.

The provider delivered the estimate as promised. The work was done in one day, as promised. The work was delayed due to weather and the company kept us informed. Materials were delivered the day the work was scheduled to be performed. Work was started early the next day and completed by 3pm that afternoon, as expected. The clean up after the job was very well done. No additional work was found to be needed, so the cost of the job was as estimated on the proposal.

C.L. Wright Roofing did an awesome job. They were very professional and prompt. The skylight on my screened porch was leaking and I had paid on three other occassions to have it repaired only to have the leaking start again. C.L. Wright Roofing came out and did an assessment and told me that I needed to replace the leaking skylight and also replace the one right beside it that was not leaking because eventually it would leak too. They provided a detail cost estimate and explained what materials they would be using. They came and did the work while I was at work. They cleaned up after themselves and did not allow me to pay until they confirmed that I was satisfied with the workmanship. I have not had any problems with the skylights since! I would definitely use them again.

Everyone from the initial contact on the phone to the final repair was professional and very responsive. They explained exactly what what needed and completed the work quickly.

The whole experience went extremely well. I was very impressed with the professional way everything was handled from start to finish. They called us a week before they were scheduled to start to let us know they where on schedule and they would be there on the scheduled date and time. They also emailed us to let us know that if the weather turned out so they were unable to work, (rain was in the forecast), the start date would be pushed back a day or two. As it turned out they showed up on schedule and on time. I have never seen a harder working team, they not only worked systematically, but they never stopped from the time they arrived in the morning till the time they left for the day. Everyone had their job to do and they did it well. The Supervisor kept us up to date as what was done and explained the details as needed. It only took a day and part of the second day to complete the job which was impressive since we have a large roof and they had to replace quite a few pieces of plywood.. I cannot say enough good things about C.L. Wright Roofing Inc., I could compliment them all day long and it wouldn't be enough. A very professional experience from the time the Representative came to give us an estimate, ( which was very accurate), to the time they completed the job. They took great care in protecting our home and property as they worked and when they were done they cleaned everything up so that everything looked great and nothing was left behind. After making an appointment with Jo Anne to get an estimate, Charles arrived on time and based on their competitive price and professionalism, along with other reviews on Angie's list we signed and e-mailed the contract on Saturday. We received a call from Jo Anne on Monday saying they would be starting on Tuesday and be complete by Thursday. From e-mailing the contract to completion of the new roof was less than five (5) days. Everything was performed as promised and Keith did an excellent job of managing the project and keeping us informed throughout the process. Thanks for doing a great job and we would recommend your company for any roofing project. Oh by the way the new roof looks great!!

C L Wright installed 8 replacement Velux skylights for the bubble type. The gentleman who installed them was brilliant. He obviously knew what he was doing and was neat and did the job unbelievably fast. We are more than pleased and their price was much less than their competition. Thanks to C L Wright Inc.
