Mr. Wright was on time for both estimates that he did for us (we had him give an estimate on the roof first and then realized that he did gutters so we called him back) and took plenty of time to answer questions. Mrs. Wright was great to work with as well and gave us plenty of lead time for the work dates and information of what to expect when the crews arrived to complete the work. Both crews, roofing and gutters, were extremely nice and took time to answer any questions we had or address any concerns. Since they've completed our projects we've referred a few people to them and would HIGHLY recommend giving them the opportunity to help you with your project.

Mr. Wright came out in early September to give me a quote for the work. He suggested not just repairing the gutter but also inspecting the roof as well. Work was scheduled for a month later and was performed on the day scheduled. Appearance of the work is excellent and I would use them again.

they were not the cheapest or the most expensive but their professionalism and proposal put them head and shoulders above the others. they were on time, fast and did a great job. i am very pleased with the service.

Charles came out and gave estimate. Scheduled job. Charles came out and replaced gutters. Job tood 2 half days (1/2 day to remove old gtters, 1/2 day to install new gutters). Reasonably priced, very punctual. Job was high quality. Great overall experience!

I was told the guys would be at my house by 9 am to start and they were. They worked all day - barely stopping for lunch. They did a really good job!

From the initial visit, the proposal for the work, beginning the job, up to completion of the work, everything was done in a timely manner. All workers were pleasant, arrived on time, and cleaned up before they left for the day. It was a very satisfying business experience and everything was completed when promised. This recommendation is LATE, but quality of work can really be backed up. For over a year, all work performed has been subjected to snow, sleet, rain, hail, freezing temperatures, very hot weather, and high winds. There have been NO ROOF LEAKS, NO BLOWN OFF SHINGLES, AND NO LEAKING SKY LIGHTS. The previous sky lights had leaked many times and the roof on the sun room had begun to leak. When I interviewed roofers for the job, C. L. Wright and one other experienced roofer / roofing company owner inspired confidence in their knowledge and skill. Wright had the best price on my first choice in shingles, and the best estimate overall among the roofers who submitted estimates. Some of the outfits that sent sales people instead of roofers have good reputations, but I prefer to talk to an actual roofer about the project while he/she is looking at the job. The company's office operations are managed by Mrs. Wright. Scheduling and communications, (along with other functions the customer does not see directly), are handled with apparently flawless efficiency. There were zero delays and misunderstandings throughout the process. Roofing operations were also conducted efficiently. The field supervisor gave me his cell number at the beginning of the day in case of problems or questions. I did not need to use it because the job foreman was able to address the questions that came up. It was evident that the crew members worked effectively together and the work was coordinated so there was no down time waiting for one phase to finish before another started. They finished the job in one day with daylight to spare (in December), even though carpenters were doing some repairs at the same time. Cleanup was swift and thorough. The top ridge-cap shingle on a spot with an unusual pitch loosened up the next day. The field supervisor came out and repaired it the following morning. No other problems have arisen. If we ever need roofing work done in the future, I will call Wright first.

Great service from start to finish! Mr. Wright came out to look over our house and work up a quote. He gave me roofing samples and a color chart for the gutters which helped a lot. He explained what to expect regarding all aspects of the job. The follow-thru was great with the written proposal which stated up front what might cost a bit extra if there was any unseen damage in the underlayment, plywood, etc, which I really appreciated. The office kept me advised on the schedule and provided specific info on who would be handling the job on-site, phone numbers, etc. They showed up right on time, cleaned up really well, even running large magnets around the ground to pick up any nails or other roofing debris! Same thing with the gutter install...went up right on schedule and cleaned up when done. Both the roof and the new gutters look great. A very positive experience in every respect.

Very pleased with the crew that was sent (they have three separate crews). I would gladly have them back again. If I asked that something be done differently than normal, they abided by my request. They were prompt, courteous, and professional in every regard. Very pleased I chose C.L. Wright to do the job - I feel they are clearly a cut above the competition. Before the job began, I was given contact numbers for all the key individuals involved. I was even told that they will come out at my request (first time no charge) at any time to inspect the work that was done to ensure everything is holding up after the passage of time.

I think I can sum it up with the following statement: Never in my life did I ever think that I would constantly go outside to stare at the beauty of a roof. Raymond, Cristobal and their team accomplished a tremendous amount of fine, beautiful work in an astonishingly brief amount of time. The roof is simply gorgeous.

Raymond Rhodes was the field supervisor. Lead foreman was Cristobol. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time, clean and courteous, and did an excellent job.

From the initial visit and estimate through installation, Charles and his employees were excellent. It is so nice to deal with professionals who give you an honest, thorough estimate, and then complete the job on time and on budget. The quality of their work was outstanding and they were courteous while on site.

C.L.Wright sent a team of workers to the house and they arrived prepared to work. They removed all of the current existing roof and installed new architect shingles. They were very professional and conscientious to explain the whole process as they worked through the project. The installation took 1 and 1/2 days and the team arrived promptly the second day and completed the project. The team was very conscientious about cleaning up all debris after the installation was complete. Our new roof looks wonderful and significantly improved the overall appearance of our home.

CL Wright was on time and the work completed quickly. They were professional. Very pleased.
