From the estimate to clean-up, everything went fantastic! Mr. Wright took time to answer questions and describe what the project would entail. Mrs. Wright was great to work with once we decided to have them replace our roof; she replied to emails and phone calls promptly and explained how the project would go and what to expect. The crew was outstanding. They were on time as scheduled, kept the yard and work area clean and answered any questions we had during the project. I've recommended this company to several friends who hired them to replace their roofs and everyone has been extremely happy with them.

The Wrights are wonderful to work with. Mr. Wright arrived at the expected time to look at the roof and provided the estimate before he left that day. He listened to what we wanted to do an ensured that all of our requests were met. JoAnne provides exceptional communication and customer service from the office! Once contracted, JoAnne kept us informed of what to expect. On the day that the crew was scheduled to begin replacing the shingles, we met with the foreman and the crew leader. Everyone exhibited complete professionalism. We are extremely pleased with the finished product! C.L. Wright also replaced skylights for us previously on our primary residence (different house) and replaced shingles on our shed/ horse barn. We recommend them to anyone who mentions a need for a roofing contractor!

Everything was very smooth! I called around to several companies to get estimates and C.L. Wright Roofing was the only company that called me back in the first several weeks. (After I scheduled my roof repair I did get a call from another company so I got the estimate which was almost double what I paid.) I scheduled my roof replacement first. I received a written estimate and a follow up email from the company. Then once I scheduled the replacement another email with complete instructions on expectations and a phone call. Such great customer service and what a great relief to deal with people that you feel like could be your family based on how they treat you. They completed the roof on time and it works and looks GREAT! They even came back the next day to check on things and talk with me to ensure I was happy with everything. So once that was finished I decided I would get them to do my gutters as well. Couldn't go wrong! The gutters are wonderful, the roof is wonderful, and I could not be more pleased. As soon as I talked with Mr. Wright I knew I was making the best decision. And then I get a thank you card from them!!! I can not remember the last time I got a thank you card from a business. How thoughtful and it is amazing how true kindness will go a long way! I would do business with C. L. Wright Roofing, Inc. again and again! Just very honest hard working people that care about their products and services!

Six weeks after I had signed the contract, the foreman told me that the gutter guards had to be removed because the shingle manufacturer would void the warranty if they were left on. He said that his company had replacement ones they could install for three dollars a foot. I told him not to remove anything, send me a quote for the replacement gutter guards, and to bring me a sample. This added price was not mentioned or discussed when I signed the contract for the roof replacement. It is not mentioned in the contract either. However, when I returned home that day a portion of the gutter guards had been removed without my approval and I had still not received a price or sample. Each day they removed gutter guard and now it is all gone. When they finally showed me the sample of the gutter guard, I was not pleased with the quality of the gutter guard. Now I will have to go to another contractor to pay for a new gutter guard. The metal flashing over the garage was bent and they pushed it back and it does not look right. This "fix" is not acceptable. There are still pieces of old shingle under the deck and behind the window shutters. I have picked up a jar full of nails around the footprint of the house.

Start to finish it was a great experience. I spoke with Joanne on the phone and she set up an estimate Charles showed up on time and gave a fair estimate. I scheduled the work and everything was done as promised. I am replacing my roof now and will be using them again.

Knowledgeable, punctual, friendly & easy to work with. Cleaned up well. They did very good work and were finished it the time they projected.

We needed to replace our 20 year old roof and install new skylights. We were able to get an estimate within about a week of when we called the company. Charles Wright came out promptly and provided the estimate and information the same day. We were able to schedule the work 3-4 weeks later which was great. JoAnne in the office was extremely helpful and responded quickly to any questions we had. The work was (understandably) delayed a day or two due to the weather, but JoAnne kept us updated on when it would start. Everyone worked very hard and the work was completed faster than we expected. The new roof and skylights look great and we are very satisfied with how the project was completed. We would use C L Wright Roofing in the future and would recommend them to others.

I was impressed by the business owner. Charles Wright, and his thorough and careful estimate. His wife was efficient and did an excellent and responseive job with communications. THe crew made quick work of the job and even re-roofed by doghouse as a surprise to me...and my dog Oscar.

C. L. Wright Roofing installed a new roof in November. They informed me they also installed gutters, so after the roof I asked them to install the gutters.

C.L. Wright is a family run business, and I personally communicated with Mrs. Wright. We received email instructions and confirmations. They started work on the day that had been scheduled, despite a snow forecast and frigid temperatures. The crew was unbelievably efficient, completing the job in only two days, and they were neat, professional, and friendly. The workmanship was of the highest quality, and we have had no problems with the roof or skylights in the three months since the job was completed. (And it has been well-tested with this snowy winter!) The foreman even let us put some of our own scrap wood, that we were clearing out of our crawl space, in their dumpster when they saw that there would be plenty of room! Our neighbors even commented on how quickly and neatly the work was completed.

Very professional and responsive. The quality of the work they did seems very good. I didn't rate on price because I did not get comparative quotes, so I'm not really sure if I could have gotten it done for less. But it seemed fair to me. I am happy to have the issues fixed to prevent bigger problems later. Thanks!

They did a good job. We did have a problem, but they came out and took care of it. We guess they were reasonable in terms of price. We weren’t looking at price but we were looking for good workmanship. We only had one complaint and that was we found a lot of nails around the property. They were supposed to have gotten up all the nails. They were the highest estimate we got but it was top of the line quality roof. So far we haven’t had a complaint with the quality.

I actually found them somewhere else but they were on Angie’s List and that helped me. The job went fine and I haven’t had any leaks. He was very good and very efficient.

Wow. It was so nice to set the appointment. On the day of service, Raymond showed up 5 minutes early. He is cheerful and very professional. He explained in detail exactly what was wrong and how he intended to fix it. He was done in no time! The room looks great. Not only did he replace the shingles, but he sealed them to make sure we don't have problems. This is an excellent company.

The crew showed up on time & worked nonstop until the job was finished in 1 1/2 days. Everyone was knowledgeable, courteous & very hard working. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.

Charlie Wright provided timely and competitive proposal. (CL Wright had replaced roof 7 years previously and it was time to replace 25 yr old gutters/downspouts. ). Rick performed work over 3 day period and was professional, courteous and did an excellent job with attention to detail. Very pleased with work! Gutter color matches paint trim on home exactly!

Keith arrived in the designated time frame. We reviewed the work needed and he got started and completed the job quickly. He checked the sofit and said he couldn't find evidence of squirrel damage (something I asked about) which was a great relief. He worked neatly and left no trace of leaves.I was very pleased.

C. L Wright Roofing replaced broken cedar shingles, re-nailed ridge caps, replaced cracked pipe collars, and sealed flashings where needed. Keith was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I would use C. L. Wright again.

Very professional from start to finish. We were kept informed about the nature of the work that would be done each day and the time to expect workmen. We were also given a follow-up on what had been done. Workers were courteous and hard working. Mr. Wright cinched the contract with his detailed presentation and attention to details. Mrs. Wright kept us informed about scheduling. Clean-up was excellent. We are very pleased with our handsome new roof.

Workers were on time and worked steadly all day. Very nice looking job. Our roof had a lot of angles and was steep. All finished in one day.

This job progressed on time and completed without a problem. I appreciated the supervisor handling a concern by the tenant. The tenant did not want the house electricity to be used for the power tools. The supervisor used the generator for the tools. Clean up was thorough, as always.

C. L. Wright Roofing installed a roof on my house back in 2006 and I love it! I previously had vinyl gutters on my home which were taken down because they were always stopped up to the large amount of trees on our property. I was at a point of making improvements to our home so I called and Mr. Wright arrived on time, gave me an estimate and discussed all options for the entire home. Mrs. Wright emailed me on Oct. 9th indicating that she had received the proposal and that work (3 day job) would begin on Nov. 24th. She also indicated that if there were any changes to the work schedule she would let me know. Nov. 24th arrived and Mrs. Wright called to let me know that work would be delayed one day because the installer had a flat tire on Friday and had to finish a prior job. On Nov. 25th, work began. Three of the six sections were installed. On Nov. 26th, it rained, and then here comes Thanksgiving. On Dec. 1st, work was completed with the exception of one downspout, a part had to be ordered and I was informed by telephone that day that the part should arrive on Tuesday and work should be completed by the beginning of the following week. On Dec. 2nd, I received another call indicating that the part indeed had arrived and the work would be completed on the morning of Dec. 3rd. The work was finished in approximately 20 to 30 minutes. I am extremely pleased with the RainPro gutter system with guards. It not only enhances the curb appeal of the home, but now the rain water is away from the foundation and no stopped up gutters! I would highly recommend them if you are looking for quality work at a reasonable price!

Estimate was performed on time and Mr. Wright was very helpful talking about our options. New gutters look great with no apparent issues. The only negative was that the installer didn't communicate with us that the project wouldn't be completed in one day, so when he left the job partially done we were uncertain when and if he was returning. Of note, he returned the next day and the gutters look great. Just a little lack of communication.
