+ 1 moreThey could have done everthing better. They did a pretty medorce job with the tile laying. It looks very uneven.
Description of Work: I used them for tile. They installed a bathtub and took out the old one. They installed tile and finished the drywall.

+ 0 moreCharles and his assistant did a great job. Charles always arrived when scheduled and always cleaned up after he finished for the day.
Description of Work: Charles and his assistant removed the toilet, sink, double vanity, counter and faucets from our master bathroom. They also removed the old ceramic tile floor and tore down the old shower walls. And they did a great job of cleaning up the mess. They installed the new 12x12 ceramic tile floor over 1/4 inch durock. Charles installed a 2x2 tile shower floor over a pre float, vinyl pan and final mud set. He replaced the shower walls with durock then the new ceramic tile, including a niche. Charles worked with me on deciding the tile pattern and grout color. He also installed the new vanity cabinet. Charles' estimate included the cost of the tile and he picked it up and delivered it.

+ 1 moreDid a great job. He was very prompt and courteous. He called ahead to reconfirm time, showed up at 7:30 am everyday. He arranged for the plumber and made sure that the removal and reinstallation went well. The tile looks great. When he accidentally scratched the floor (deep scratch), he arranged for someone to come out and fix it. Overall, very pleased with his work. Only minor complaint was with the new molding. I prefer joints to be coped with a tight fit. He simply did 45 degree angles and in some places the fit isn't tight. That said, 95% of people would not notice or care. I am picky. But for the price and quality of the install, it's easy to overlook.
Description of Work: Tiled 160 square feet, including ripping out particle board sub-floor, laying 1/2" plywood, laying hardibacker and laying tile. Also, he had to move toilet, washer/dryer, sink and cabinet, and water heater. Also, he pulled the baseboards and shoe molding and then reinstalled. In some places, he had to cut new molding.
