Description of Work: I left two voicemails almost a month ago regarding removal of a raccoon from my attic. I never received a return phone call.

Description of Work: Owner was contracted to seal two story building from snake entry. Work started on September 19, 2012, conntinued on November 21, 2012, and completed on December 6, 2012. There was no prior explanaion for the delay between September 19th and November 21st. Subsequently, the owner explained the delay by stating that he had been dealing with family and personal health problems. Moreover, he further stated that it was not a time of year to experience snake invasion. While this provided an after the fact explanation, it had not relieved our earlier anxiety as to when the work would continue.

Description of Work: Found snakeS by my garage entrance and called Burr's. Eric responded immediately, determined the location of the 'nest', plugged the hole, caught 1 snake and then checked all around the house to ensure there were no other potential entrances etc. He apprised me of problems with holes around the house vents and came back later to make repairs - including mortaring the new vents into the foundation. When I had a racoon problem in 2010 he worked tirelessly to trap the racoons, relocate them and even went so far as to seal the tree hole that they were nesting in with cement. He even guaranteed his work for 6 months - if the racoons came back! He's responsivie, professional, holds all the professional credentials, more affordable than most and does exceptional work! I will use no one else if I have more 'critters' visiting me from the woods! I recommend him without reservation.
