Description of Work: This guy must really be good. He quoted us double what another company did. When we called him and told him we would need less work done than what was on the quote (trying to give him opportunity to get our business), he told us that it wasn't worth his time to go any lower. So, unless you're spending over $500, don't even bother. He must be independently wealthy and doesn't need your money.

Description of Work: He replaced the insides of 3 toilets. The downstairs toilet required a special part and when it finally arrived he came and put it in right away. This was very important since my wife was coming home after a quadruple heart by-pass and could not go steps
